Hi my name is Danielle, welcome to my True Crime and Makeup series! I’ve been interested in true crime for the longest time now, what started with me watching true crime on TV with my Nan from a young age eventually turned into studying for a degree in Law & Criminology.
When I first watched Bailey Sarian’s series I was completely hooked, I loved how she had combined two of the things I’m most passionate about and delivered it so well. She totally inspired me to take the leap and do the same thing on my channel, so all credit for the idea goes 100% to her.
I’m from the UK and will be covering cases from both the UK and internationally, let me know if there are any cases that you’d like to see from me! More cases will be coming soon so please subscribe if you enjoyed this video!

Jason’s back pain was so bad that he couldn’t work, leave the house, or have sex, but he was able to spend all night dismembering a body… 🤔
Exactly 🤯
Good point.
That's what I thought. I have SI joint dysfunction and sciatic pain. There's no way I could do that. No way.
Adrenaline and being pumped up. That’s my best guess.
Priorities 💀
As soon as Danielle mentioned the barbecue they had I IMMEDIATELY said "no they did NOT" 😫 this whole case is just crazy.
Congratulations on 600k btw!!
same
I thought the same thing too! If I went to a bbq and I ate human meat without realizing it would haunt me for the rest of my life.
Damn, I was surprised to hear she graduated college, and then you said Purdue and I was even more surprised! That's a really great school. Too bad she couldn't have positively contributed to society.
Every time I hear about a murderer who was academically successful, I feel less upset about being a disappointment to my parents
@@dr.princess832You are not a dissappointment. Please be proud of yourself for being a good person! That’s what matters at the end.
Can we talk about how Danielle’s nails and eyeshade match 🤩
Oh my goodness lol I thought I was the only one who noticed that I love it she does it soo well!
They always do 💅🏼 💕😆
Yes slay ❤❤
I can’t imagine being one of the people who went to their barbecue😫 The thought of never knowing if you accidentally ate a person is terrifying and disgusting and would haunt me for life.
The dude actually was interviewed he was damn crying he said he couldn’t eat for months, he described the meats texture and ngl it sounded very much like what human flesh that had been BBQd. (Btw I’m an OB-GYN, so at least one day I week I do a Caesarean section so I’m fairly familiar with the inside of a human being at least to the extent my job requires lol). I believe the way he describe it was slightly transparent, whitish very chewy like overcooked lobster. 🤢😲
well, who knows what they are serving us in restaurants.there have been cases of rats, human meat..you just never know.
Right?! Same with the people in the cecil hotel who were drinking and showering in the water contaminated by elisa lam’s body 😳😵
I find this story impossible to believe.
You're weird neighbors who you barely know suddenly invite you all over for a BBQ the week after you were up all night with a neighbors chainsaw. Even if they served vegetables and no meat, you'd still wonder what the hell.
So what ... The police didn't put the chainsaw into evidence? The neighbors called them first with a report about a bad smell, then they question what they are eating, tell the police the meat tasted funny ...
Human tissue bone, ligaments, blood, hair, DNA by the truckload.
There's some lying going on by someone involved in this case. They let her leave town. Think about it.
@@Dolly_junkie That's crazy! I'd never heard the story so I just finished reading about her. All those directors & actors making money off her death. Grotesque.
All those drugs, a cocktail that helps those who are bipolar, but fatal to the ones who see what the rest of us can't.
I can’t even imagine the mental turmoil learning you’ve eaten human remains. That would leave me permanently damaged. How do you get over something like that?
I feel that way about eating non-human animals. Not judging anyone else’s choices at all; just offering my own perspective. I’ve never understood the arbitrary delineations between eating a cow or a pig or a lamb, and eating a horse or a dog, or a human.
At other end of the continuum, I’ve also never understood why people who eat some non-human animals get grossed out at the idea of eating insects, but the aquatic equivalents like shrimp and lobsters are widely considered tasty.
I’m autistic (formerly known as Asperger’s), and that may be relevant to my perspective of not seeing humans as being fundamentally different sorts of beings, from any other species’ in our same kingdom of animalia (as in, kingdom, phylum, genus, species etc).
Anyway, again, not judging anyone else’s food choices- we all have different bodies, with startlingly different compatibilities, susceptibilities, and needs. But I know my perspective is not typical, so I thought I would weigh in.
I did see and interview with one of the guys at the BBQ and he described the meat and it made me nauseated just thinking about it. I don't think he will ever recover. I'd have been outta there from the smell alone. EW!
I think I'd go vegetarian after something like that. I wasn't bothered at all about the Findus lasagne scandal but I definitely draw a line at cannibalism.
@@sarahissersohn5495 I feel the exact same. Life is life, no matter what type of animal (humans included)🙏🏼
Not judging anyone‘s food choices, just glad I am not alone with my point of view.
@@sarahissersohn5495 what a good way to put it. I think the meat industry has a lot of similarities to slavery -- it's legal because certain people are making bank off it and we're subtly raised to not question the morals of it. Animals who can't communicate can't tell us how much they're suffering. They can't fight back.
Such a haunting case. Also just wanna say it's odd that they would make a blood pact when their marriage itself should be a vow to not be unfaithful.. it's like they knew one of them would cheat somebody and it was a way of them to settle an agreement on it. Very twisted.
I agree, kinda like they were both into the idea of killing someone and came up with a "justification."
I think the reason behind Kelly & Chris having sex and that’s when they would kill him is because it makes it seem like it wasn’t premeditated. Like Jason would walk in and in the heat of the moment seeing his wife with another man, he kills him in anger. So it wouldn’t be a first degree murder charge. That’s just my thoughts!
She was already planning framing him. Back up plan in place
That is actually considered a crime of passion, at least in the state of Pa. Idk about other states
I was gonna say this too! it could be ruled as voluntary manslaughter in some states because it’s a heat of the moment kill.
i thought the same
I think she was wanting a backup and framing Jason and also she wanted one last screw with him and didn’t care Jason was gonna see. She is just so sick and twisted
Can you tell the story of Holly Marie Clause, a girl who was recently found alive, 42 years after her parents' murders in Texas when she was a baby? The murders were never solved to this day. I did a very brief video that Holly was found, but true crime really isn't my specialty. There are fairly recent news stories on this case. Thank you.
Sounds like an interesting case
I haven’t heard of this. Thank you!
this is insane, i hope more people see your comment to get danielle to see it
Interesting.
They found the parents car in the woods. Baby was found and sent to an orphanage and adopted out. That's as much as I heard on the holly case. Would like to know how the baby's life was.
Sooo they made a “blood pact” to murder on their wedding day and stuck to it, but Kelly couldn’t stick by the actual vows they would’ve made at their church wedding: in sickness and in health, forsaking all others etc etc?
Kelly definitely planned to cheat asap…or it was like a “if I ever murder someone you can’t say I didn’t warn you.” I really don’t know.
Even then she didn't really keep this blood pact, the pact was if either of them cheated the cheater would have to murder the one they had the affair with...she had her husband physically do it, she just lured her lover over to make it happen. I know she was the mastermind behind the whole thing but she couldn't keep any of her vows apparently
You deserve way more that 600k! You’re so respectful towards the victims but also don’t speak about the criminals in a hateful way. You are a uniquely beautiful person 🧡
Well 9 months later she is at 803k! So she is definitely growing fast! ❤
1.1M!! So excited for this, much deserved ❤!!
Agree ❤
So our laws do allow them to offer “immunity” on certain crimes when the perpetrator cooperates by agreeing to confess and also testify/offer evidence about other people who were involved with those crimes. But they normally do this when they can’t really get enough evidence on the other people who were involved, especially if said people are higher up the food chain, so to speak, or maybe masterminded that crime as well as other crimes. The fact that they gave that to her to prevent being able to charge her with her other murders is completely baffling.
IMO, Kelly having sex with Chris was her way of insuring Jason would go through with it. It's one thing to feel the pain of infidelity in the abstract but seeing the act in progress must inspire a need for action. Kelly may have thought Jason was so passive she needed to goad him into action.
That or it was her last way of feeling like she had power over Jason
hm yeah I could see that
Since Bailey Sarian took a break, I discovered this channel and I love it!!!! Thank you, Danielle! I'm addicted!

Common “pact”: if either one of us cheats we’re getting a divorce
These two’s pact: Murder.
in the words of Jake Peralta :"cool motive still murder!"
Narcissists don't lack feelings, they lack empathy.
The only feelings that matter are theirs, the only needs that matter are theirs, they know what they're doing is wrong they just don't have the capacity to care because upsetting other people is at best an inconvenience to them.
It's hard to comprehend when you've never encountered a truly sociopathic narcissist.
You're absolutely correct. My ex husband is a sociopathic narcissist and you're 100% correct in what you said. He's an insecure abusive little shit
I've dealt with a lot of shit people and a lot of trauma in my life from all walks of life and he's by far the worst person I've met, I regret having ever met him every day. After 2 years and 9 months I'm finally getting out. I'm leaving to go back to my home state July 25th and won't ever look back. I currently have a bruise on me from him over me putting too much ketchup on his hot dog................... and this is my final straw. I gotta get out. The fact that the people close to me are worried about him killing me says everything.
@@jordanstroop4269 Be really careful. I have heard too many stories of women getting out but not for long. Have someone come stay with you perhaps? Or go stay at a friends.
@@TrinityRodas I know I'm trying to be. I've set things in place to where if anything happens to me I've given as much info about him and have made a statement that I didn't run off and do anything to myself. I unfortunately don't have anyone to go stay with or have stay with me. If he's going to do anything it'll have to be before my flight because I'm moving 3,000+ miles away just to get away from him. Canceled my return flight and everything. I don't want to look back. I really appreciate the concern, thank you.
@@TrinityRodas unfortunately I live in a state that not only has the worst DV cases but DV related deaths out of any other state but also unfortunately if he puts his hands on me and I haven't touched him and I call the cops it's considered mutual combat and if I want to press charges we both go to jail. I've been told that by multiple people. I went into the hospital in dec for an attempt on myself and went in with bruises on me from him from that morning and everyone who mentioned it made sure to let me know that I'd go to jail too even if I didn't touch him first or in defense back. Like well no wonder we have the worst DV related deaths.
After a long day working in the ICU, listening to Danielle is the most relaxing thing.
This case was insane and it scares me that there are such people out there
I think we have to remember one very important thing. The story of what happened is Kelly's account. An extremely manipulative person, that is capable of murder. Her husband may not have actually done any killing. She was reportedly abusive, and he probably knew what she was capable of. For all we know, she did it, then threatened him and made him clean up the mess. It was never about saving their marriage. My bet is that she was angry she lost control over someone, than used the murder to bind her husband even tighter to herself. "We're in this together" kind of thing. All speculation, of course.
This is so true. We really don't know what Jason did or did not do. Well he went to get the power tool...So he must have been involved with the cleanup.
A theory that deserves some merit
Very very true! A person like Kelly would definitely give a “confession” that’s different than the actual events in order to make herself appear a certain way. The chances of this entire story being 100% true are low
I couldn’t have put this any more perfectly myself 👏
Yes, that whole wedding night pact to kill lovers smells really fishy to me. Just another way for her to shift culpability to her conveniently dead husband.
Kelly is heartless, so she wasn't heartbroken that Chris was leaving; she was just upset & in disbelief that he wasn't under her spell & wanted to leave. She had an inflated sense of self, & it bruised her ego.
Congratulations on 600k+ You deserve it!!
Cant handle rejection - classic
Congrats! I love your videos. You are very respectful when telling these stories. One case I would love to hear you talk about is the Fritzl case in Austria! A man who kidnapped his daughter, kept her captive in the basement for 20 years and had CHILDREN with her
OMG I remember this! I think either Christina Randall or Kendall Rae did this. Effin crazy!! Wouldn't let em outside or nothing my goodness!
The worst case I have ever heard in my life was Josef Frizl
The part where she confessed to killing others and the plea deal stating she can’t get charged for other murders has me rolling. I had no idea they could do that.
It’s clear Kelly didn’t kill Chris to “save” her marriage. That was probably an excuse to get Jason to agree to help with the murder. Kelly wanted revenge on Chris for leaving her. Jason would easily agree if he thought it would help him stay with Kelly.
@@Samantha360 I'm sure he knew and I'm sure she manipulated him by saying it would save them he had to do it and it would make them so much stronger as a couple and he fell into that trap. Kelly doesn't care about Chris or Jason she cared about the control and that high she gets from controlling people makes her feel superior and she gets off on that.
@@heathersargent289 yeah but Jason would of been easier to manipulate if he didn’t know Chris was planning to move. It would be easier for Kelly to convince him that the only way to save their marriage was to remove Chris from the scenario.

I just wanted to say that you're way better at pronouncing things than you give yourself credit for. Everytime I hear you second guessing a pronunciation, you're getting it right lol
Kelly be in her teens looking 45.
I saw this comment thinking it's just an exaggeration but then I saw it
I think Kelly also should have been charged with feeding the remains of Chris to the neighbors….😳🤮🤢 I’m surprised that no one got sick after that… (well unless they did but it just wasn’t mentioned due to no evidence of why…)
AGREED. I am certain someone got sick.
If it was fully cooked they wouldn't get sick. Personally I would have stopped eating when it tasted "weird" but hey, that's me.
Me too! It wasn’t able to be proven so they prob couldn’t charge her. Ick. Truly sickening
Agreed. It's sickening
They couldn't prove it otherwise they would've charged her with it.
I find it odd that people complained about the taste and smell of the meat but didn't find it odd enough to stop eating it.
Also they said there was a ridiculous amount of meat, probably about $200 worth... which just goes to show how cheap meat is in America as opposed to here in the UK. Because $200 worth of meat here isn't that much at all. A small sirloin steak, enough for someone with an average appetite, costs around £7 ($5 ish) so that's only about 30 of those... which if there's a lot of people from the neighbourhood would be about right.
Anyway I know it's off topic but it always makes me wonder when I hear about the prices in America. I think a lot of things over there are catching up with European prices now, things like petrol which I hear is getting very dear now... feel our pain! Lol.

Such a sad sad case, it’s so hard to remember that this is real life for some victims. My heart goes out to the family.
As someone who learned manipulation as a defense against abuse, psychology classes and research definitely gave me a better grasp on how to effectively manipulate a person. Hi Danielle!
You always manage to make the cases so interesting to hear but also to stay so respectful towards all the victims. I couldn't think of anymore more deserving of 600K!
To me, it sounds like the true intention of the "blood pact", was to see how far her husband would go.
She had either already killed or knew she was going to kill someone in the future.
So seeing how far Jason would go, was her testing him. If she had decided to let him live if things would've gone a bit better, I am sure that she would have committed many more murders with him and without him.
Chris was a convinient victim since the excuse to kill him would finally let her find out how far Jason would go for her.
According to her confession, she has killed 11 people - across the country 🤯
This case happened in my hometown while i was there/in college close by!!! Yes I grew up in the tiny town this took place in in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I worked with the newspaper editor that covered the case and ended up winning an award for his coverage.

Also, I find I have many of the questions you do on these cases so thank you for digging deep and considering the “why?” I am new to your channel but I am such a fan!
You deserve every part of that 600k hun. You've clearly worked really hard on this channel. Your videos are great. Also, we Michiganders just call the upper peninsula the U.P. because it is sort of a mouthful.
Congratulations on 600k+!🎉 and yayyy new Sunday video, I’m about to have my cup of coffee.🤪
I've never ever heard about that kind of clause in any kind of plea deal that really shocked me that it was actually in there I'm floored by that. I'm almost positive that she was a serial killer because why would she want that clause in the plea deal, she was already thinking about what might be found in the future
Plus all the moving around as well made me think that she was a possible serial killer.
That’s exactly what I was thinking. She’s is very intelligent and knew what she was doing definitely. I thought I heard in the video that she admitted to being a serial killer after her brother made the accusations and the authorities asked her or did I hear that wrong?? Either way I think she’s a serial killer, there’s no other reason for that to be in her deal imo.
It's very iffy, but anything can be added into a plea deal so long as it's agreed upon by both parties. That's why lawyers can get someone off on a very small punishment. And, since plea deal are used to expedite cases, that often means that evidence and other things tied to that case become bundled up together as if they were a full legal trial. If they try to break the plea bargain then they also have to reasses how much evidence they have left after former evidence is removed to retrial her for the murder of her husband. If they lose the retrial and she's found innocent then guess what? She can have her other trial reassessed because it also hinged on her being the domineering one in her relationship and if she didn't kill her husband then there may be other factors in play. And any confessions she gave under the plea bargain can't be used because they were given under false pretense that she wouldn't be charged.
As for the clause of the plea bargain, they probably thought she was too sloppy to have killed that many people so they allowed it to be in the bargain since she already had a life sentence and didn't think it would be advantageous. I remember a different serial killer duo where the wife added in her clause that she would give a confession and details if she was only given a light sentencing feigning to have been forced into the murders only to then turn out to have been equally participating. So she ended up with a light sentence due to her testimony being used in the trial or something like that. Everyone was angry but their hands were tied. There's risks to overturning plea deals.
@@JoseSerrato0420
"they probably thought she was too sloppy to have killed that many people".
Your guess at what they probably thought is more than, probably wrong!
She had to lead the police to the body! I wouldn't call that too sloppy!
The police also had to transport her back to the state, so that she could direct them to the man's remains.
Obviously, she wasn't so sloppy, that seasoned, homicide detectives were able to locate the murdered victim, in the sloppy mess that she left behind.🙄🙄🙄
So how, in the name of sanity, can you conclude that she is not a serial killer when she clearly, proved that she is capable of hiding her murder victim, so cleverly, that detectives cannot find it?
Your logic wasn't running on all cylinders when you typed that malarkey!🤔🤔🤔
@@thequieterubcomethemoreuhe1198 they probably thought she was too sloppy because of how she killed her HUSBAND, not her previous lover, and tried to play it off as he suddenly died. A better way to put it is that she knew she was exposed due to killing her lover so she made a sloppy murder of her husband to make it seem like she wasn't that smart and that her husband did most of the work with the murder of her lover. It's easy to make people think you're stupid if you make a huge mistake and get caught for it. She evaded authorities very well, but she did so knowing she was a person of interest but not necessarily a suspect. Then, in her lover's murder, she made it seem like her husband was the one doing most of the work and when she murdered her husband she did a sloppy job covering it up making her look awful at concealing evidence, probably because she knew she was close to getting caught and wanted to remove a lose end (her husband) and wanted to manipulate the stories to make herself seem less competent (to get a better plea deal).
Look at it this way, if she had killed her husband and hid the body people would know she's good at hiding evidence. If she had not killed her husband then he would have told the truth and revealed she's good at killing and hiding evidence. If she kills her husband then let's herself get caught she can be the only person retelling the story, make herself seem like she couldn't be a serial killer, and, after giving them so much evidence for the 'first murder', negotiate for a better plea deal to make her husband's murder charge go by faster. She was gonna get caught, she wanted it to be by her own means and that's scarier of a serial killer to do.
Tragic case but covered so well, thanks for the inspiration from smaller channels, I love your work and all the effort you put in week-after-week
Congrats on 600,000+ subs, Danielle! You're wonderful to listen to and I appreciate all the research you do to present as precise a story as is possible. BTW, your makeup 💄 is on point. Also sick in bed… hope u feel better soon x
Same !! Hope you’re better soon ♥️
Same x
Ditto! I'm watching while my little one naps, and while I lay on top of a humidifier. 🤣. Feel better, sis.
Congrats on 600k, totally deserved! You're gonna have a million soon
Hi Danielle! This is my first post on CZcams, just so I can tell you how much I love your videos. I appreciate your thoroughness, going above and beyond research into cases. And I love that you are consistently mindful of the victims and families you report about, AND your subscribers - unlike true crime CZcams channels that take turn for the worse, with more people subscribing. Thank you for posting your videos!
Girl we LOVE how you tell the stories. I heard alot of the stories you tell on your channel before but I still have to hear you tell it because your details are so much more intimate and just better that it's like hearing a while different story based on what I already knew. YOU ARE AMAZING 👏 ❤️
Hi, Danielle! I know that true crime stories are traumatic but, you treat each one with great respect and sensitivity. Congrats on 600K!
This is why she and Mollie Westbrook are my favorites!
PSA: just say no to exotic meats of any kind 🤷♀️😳
So happy I found you on CZcams. New favorite channel! Your makeup and delivery of stories are top-notch and your voice is soothing. I have been binge watching your videos like crazy ❤ you're wonderful!
Danielle, I enjoy your videos because you do such a great job of covering some horrendous (and fascinating) criminals. You have asked for suggestions and I have one that is an example of how messed up our justice system is in the US. This man's crimes impacted my life directly as one of his victims was my mom’s friend. His name is Kenneth McDuff, also known as The Broomstick Killer. I don't know much about his childhood, just that he was convicted of multiple murders before he was 20 years old. Thanks for all of your hard work and research for the videos. It shows! Plus, I always get makeup ideas watching you. Keep up the great work! 💖✨
Been waiting on your Sunday video 😂 I have no life!
Definitely not alone there 😂 x
Girl I've never been so quick for an upload before, literally appeared in front of my eyes. Love your videos btw, legend
really enjoy your posts and thank you for the content warnings. Also you have really inspired me make up wise, I only get dolled up for my gigs and well, much appreciation after rhe lockdowns. Best of both!
Love you Danielle! So thorough and beautiful as well. You always ask for stories to talk about and their are a couple recent ones here in Louisiana, USA. One is unsolved - Jeff Davis 8 where 8 women bodies were found in one area here and never solved. Rumor is that it could be a police officer.
Another big story here was Mickey Shunick. This one was almost unsolved but luckily with the help of surveillance, it was finally solved. No spoilers here. ;)
Congrats on 605k! Yay! Love the orange eye. Makes your eyes look extra blue! You've inspired me to give it a try. 🧡
orange is opposite the color wheel from blue so they pair very well together
I have heard this case through a different platform before. I almost skipped it since I was already familiar with it but I'm so glad I decided to give it a listen because this had so many additional details and facts that I hadn't heard previously! It was almost like hearing an entirely different case! Super impressed with the amount of unique information you were able to dig up and add! Bravo!
Thank you! For being consistent on your work you deserve all this success and more!
Thank you for your interesting content and channel. I've just recently found your channel after gone through almost every videos of finnish true crime CZcamsrs and been listening almost every true crime video you've made 😁 As a not native english speaker, your way of telling stories and your clear pronunciation makes really easy to follow. Keep up the good work and greetings from Finland 👍🤗
I love how humble you are!! You’re always so surprised you accumulate so many followers it’s so sweet🥹 wish you all the success Danielle! 🌸💖🌸
I love how most of these videos are about murders I haven't heard about. There are a few I have but most I haven't. Congrats on 600k subscribers. Love your videos.
Great video. Well researched. I like the way u do ur stories from the beginning to end. (As in background, how it started, eventual outcome)
Danielle just made me feel so bad when she said she had 125 unread emails!!
I currently have 9,457 unread emails!!
🤣🤣🙈🤦♀️
They are so vast now that it would just be impossible for me to get on top of THAT many & filter out the ones that are actually important! Because most are probably just company email advertisements, BUT I can’t just hit delete ALL as I know I have important ones in there but wouldn’t even know where to start or even remember which ones to search for!! 🤣🤣🙈
lol dude me too I laughed aloud; I have thousands, especially after the holidays
Before I became a true crime fanatic: "These 2ppl are in a volatile relationship, this marriage will never go well"...oh no...will end up separated? Divorced?
After becoming a true crime fanatic: "These 2ppl are in a volatile relationship, this marriage will never go well"...oh no....who's gonna die?!!! 😬😬😬
Hello Danielle I’m a true fan and I truly appreciate how you give your all to every case you cover. Much love from Louisiana USA ❤️
From Louisiana also hello 👋
Also from Louisiana! 👋🏼
Which Parish are you from? Im from Acadia Parish but live in Vermilion 💜
Me too 🙂
Louisianian here too☺️
Hello from Shreveport in Caddo Parish!
Danielle! I love your channel. I have a problem. Just ran through your video catalog and I realized i have watched every single one. More! 😁 please
I found your CZcams channel about a month ago and I watch atleast one video a day! I love your personality and your so informative on each case. I really love your content so please keep creating. Thank you for existing!!
In the US, sometimes if prosecutors want to close a case has enough, they definitely can make a deal to not charge someone for some crimes that has been committed already if those crimes aren't the one being investigated. It's not super common, but it does happen.
Yes - I agree and made that comment and then wondered if others said as much as well. Often the families of the victims just want closure and to know what happened.
@@roxannlegg750 yep. And if them case is dependent on a confession/or plea they would rather only get the one charge than none at all. Sadly plea bargains are also used to trap people into accepting low level charges they would be able to beat in court and sometimes even get innocent people to take them to avoid possibly worse charges.
From my reading it appears that she can't be tried for any other murders in Indiana, but if there was enough evidence she could face trial in other states.
@@Birgie1 I was wondering if this was a state or federal case. If federal, the immunity to prosecution is void. State to state extradition is tricky. Is it a commonwealth? That's a headache. Plus if not a political reason, the prosecutor might uphold the immunity. They work for votes.
@@dawhizinoz I believe it is a state case, she has been convicted in Michigan and Indiana. So if there was enough evidence to charge her in say, Minnesota, she could possibly be extradited and face trial there. Regardless, she will be in prison for the rest of her life.
She, more than likely, studied Psychology to learn "Reverse Psychology". Just in case some tried using psychological tactics on her, simply because manipulation can be detected. I'm just guessing. I feel bad for Jason. I live in a toxic relationship: suffering from depression, P.T.S.D., anxiety, suicidal thoughts/actions, ect. When depression hits she leaves, when I need a shoulder she isn't there, when I do find a little joy she rains on it, always calls me "crazy", and in one of several instances, I attempted suicide with a knife at my esophaugas (unsure of spelling), when I left suicide treatment center, my knife was still at "home". Just last July 4th, 2022; which is one of the hardest times of the for me with depression because I lost my mom around that time, I had a seizure and hit my head and awoke on the floor: what did she do? Not even 30 minutes after that she was at her family's bbq and didn't even text to see if I was okay until she came home over two hours later. She helped me sell each car I owned, assumingly so I can't leave. I asked her one day why does she live me and silence was defeaning. True, tough love I guess. She doesn't even let me keep a job, but always complain about money. I've tried mentioning marriage counseling but she finds excuses. So, I truely understand what Jason went through. Only differences between him and I; I intend on leaving when I find a place to live and she isn't psychotic like Kelly. I expect no sympathy, I'm just stating that I understand Jason's situation. I don't believe in love now. Love can be deceiving and spirit draining in these enviorments. "Ghost" is a metaphor for dead inside.
Deciding to leave is the first step. You are worthy and love does exist. I lost my husband two years ago but before I met him, my own family didn't even have interest in me. It had to be something about me, right? My late husband showed me that acceptance is real, love can be true, and I have always been worthy. It took me until in my late thirties to get it. I spent years addicted to drugs to self medicate, I have him bipolar, anxiety, etc. Take time to find yourself, then love will come naturally. Good luck.... sending positive energy and thoughts your way. 💛💛
You don't deserve that I lived that too with my baby dad. Wanna know where he is Prison why cause he tried to kill me and I was pregnant and he used to beat me. I finally got fed up. You have to stand up for yourself because no one else will stand up for you. Being alone doesn't last forever let her go and run. I promise you as hard as that may be its worse if you stay. You were gi en a life to live and be happy. Don't put up with abuse. YOU DESERVE BETTER.
For the record thats not love. You may feel love you think but thats not love someone who loves you would never put you through that. Do whatever you have to there are advocates that can help you just take the steps you will love yourself more for doing it
@@kddicks5115 I feel that about "family". I disowned mine after I lost my parents. Both sides caused mental and physical trauma that forever haunts. As far as leaving, nowhere to go except death or wilderness. I know love exist but isn't promised to all. Pain is all I've known for decades so one gets used to it.
@@kddicks5115 Also, thank you for positivity but all of that has been drained.
My condolences about your late husband. Be grateful you had true love. As far as finding myself, I'm not sure who I am now except screwed up.
I love how you tell these stories, like how you deep dive into the people and their backgrounds and personalities.
I am so sad. I’ve watched every single one of your true crime videos and now I have none left to binge 😭
I can’t believe how much your channel has grown, you deserve it so much. I love how passionate and considerate you are. Congrats on 600k
I can’t even with this case. So vile. Great job sharing the case Danielle and congratulations on 600 k!!! It’s been a minute since I’ve been watching your videos and woman you’re slaying! Keep it up!!
Hey girly, this video was awesome, the way you tell them just draws me into the story, every time and your so passionate about the victims and justice for them etc. Waiting for your weekly video now bc its Sunday, you think you're gonna do one today probably, you didn't mention not doing one so I assume you are but thought I'd ask anyway, I look forward to the cases you do every week, thank you for putting so much into what you do just to entertain us. ❤💋
I just wanna say congratulations Danielle!! as I watch this video you’re close to 900,000 subscribers!! I think your voice is lovely you’re so authentic to watch and listen to. Many blessings to you young lady!!!
She was a gas lighter.. I was in a family full of gas lighters until recently and I'll tell you what, it is horrible! They make you feel insane, they make you feel crazy... They accomplish this when your defenses are down.. That is their power.. they are horrible people and as for the people who gaslit me, I hope you guys get what you deserve...
Me too.
Congrats on 600k! It's no surprise it keeps growing! We adore you and appreciate the work you're doing sharing these stories.
huge congrats on your 600k, have been watching from the beginning, your content has been amazing this past few weeks so can't wait for this x
Congratulations on the 600k! You're amazing!
I would love to see a video done of Michelle "Shelly" Knotek. I've never heard her story on any other platform and she was one of the most diabolic women I have ever heard about. There is a book called "If You Tell" by Gregg Olsen that does a deep dive into her life.
Sherilyn Dale has a video on her.
@@fainbrown8681 Awesome. I'll have to check it out.
@@fainbrown8681 She leaves out so many important details just so she's not "too graphic".
That book was intense. I was in shock that a person could be so callous and evil
@@vivianthorne8758 I know. I can't believe she got away with so much for so long and then she got such a short sentence for all she did.
Congrats on 600k! 🥳
This case is horrific. Kelly is a true pyscho!
I’ve been binging your videos and cannot get enough! Love the way you tell the stories and I appreciate all the hard work you’ve put into this! Thank you for the entertainment! 💙
Girl you deserve even more subs x
Congratulations 🎊
I’m only a couple minutes in but I’m so surprised to hear that she was from a town right next to mine. I wasn’t aware of her or her being pretty local. Also congratulations on 600K! You deserve it and more! Thank you for making these videos and giving so much information.
Omg right!? I'm from south bend and I was shook!
I grew up a stone's throw from Hobart, and I hadn't heard of her, either. As soon as I heard the name of the town, I immediately thought, "Nah, can't be that one. Northwest Indiana never makes the news." 😂
I grew up in wheeler and spent my late teens early twenties in hobart, wow small world!
live in hobart w my boyfriend! never heard of her either.
I live about 15 minutes from Hobart and never heard about this either and I use to hang out and stay in Hobart alot
Congratulations on 600k.. I recently subscribed about 2 or 3 months ago maybe, and I’ve been binge watching your videos..
I’m a straight male (Moroccan-American) so I don’t really study the makeup part 😂 but I love how detailed you get with all the crimes you cover.. Combined with your humor and empathy it’s more than just a crime doc rundown, it’s a detailed storytelling of actual events which makes it feel more personal.. The amount of research you must do is insane.. I often set my phone down while playing video games and just listen, then find myself rewinding so I can see the pictures lol..
Love it…!!!!
That plea deal is just a huge insult and infuriating for families trying to get closure on their cold cases.
Wow!!!😳 This case is insane. Great job on this video and your makeup is stunning as always.😻🔥
Congratulations on 600K your channel is growing so fast! I love TC videos, keep up the great work 💜
I always forget she doesn't have way more subs than that! Both her and Stephanie Harlowe, it seems like they should both be above and beyond 1mil subs!
@@MystiDawn i know right?! She will get there tho :)
@@gaylesbeautycorner1996 For sure, with all the time and hard work she puts into these videos, and now a podcast too, she'll be there in no time!
@@MystiDawn love her podcast too 😁
So, if they give her the immunity for giving up the other victims, it saves the state money by avoiding more trials. And then they find the people. And she’s already in prison forever.
For once, it makes sense.
She only got immunity for confessing to Chris' murder. The other murders came up after that.
Congrats on 600k girl !! 🎉 You deserve all the success you've been having! Wishing you more and more! 🤙🔥
You are an absolute joy,.so mature for your age, original,.love the make up and u work hard on your research.. u deserve success x
I just love you Danielle! I am so happy whenever your content drops🥰💕
Toni Cato Riggs. She and her brother killed her husband, who just had come back from service. She got away with it but was later arrested on , I think drug charges. Would love to know what happened to her brother, who was arrested for the murder. This is a Detroit story.
Urs is by far the best ive come actoss. Your part of my daily routine- i get ready for work listening to your true crimes and cook and clean with you in the background
I can't wait till you have over a million, you deserve it Danielle, I've been watching you pretty much since your start, less than 100k.
I smash the 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍button before even watching, you've never made a crap video, and I will continue to enjoy watching you grow.
