Hi my name is Danielle, welcome to my True Crime and Makeup series! I’ve been interested in true crime for the longest time now, what started with me watching true crime on TV with my Nan from a young age eventually turned into studying for a degree in Law & Criminology.
When I first watched Bailey Sarian’s series I was completely hooked, I loved how she had combined two of the things I’m most passionate about and delivered it so well. She totally inspired me to take the leap and do the same thing on my channel, so all credit for the idea goes 100% to her.
I’m from the UK and will be covering cases from both the UK and internationally, let me know if there are any cases that you’d like to see from me! More cases will be coming soon so please subscribe if you enjoyed this video!

I am Ernie's sister you did an amazing job covering my brother's story but I wanted to add my brother had plans I'm leaving her and trying to take custody of his kids we still to this day do not know the actual motive but we think that added to it. The medication she gave her children was her own medication that she took for insomnia Lyrica I do believe was the name of it. And lastly the altercation with the officer was due to the fact that he set my brother down on top of an ant bed. The officer refused to move my brother so he proceeded to move himself in turns the cop tackled him and cut himself on his own cuffs. He was never violent with the police officer our justice system just failed him and accused him of something he wasn't guilty of. If anybody has any questions I'm free to answer them... And thank you for covering my brother's story that means the world to me ❤️

Sorry if this question is too personal but was she on hard drugs ? She sounds a bit delusional and she is a stay at home mom with 2 set of twins she probably was very stressed and used a substance to cope with and the way that she goes around saying he abused her sounds like she started to believe her own lies and how she goes on random rants about CPS sounds to me like she on meth

To be charged as an accessory / accomplice, you typically have to do something more than just not report the principal to police. The law does not typically penalize inaction unless you have a special duty to take action (like a mandated reporter).
Look up Sherrice Iverson. Little girl r*ped and k*led in a bathroom. The defendant’s friend walked in on him r*ping her. The friend took no action but was never charged. I believe Nevada adopted a law because of that case, but the general rule in most places is that inaction is not criminal- there’s no general “duty to act.”. In most places you can see someone dying and just walk away without getting in trouble.

Fun fact, it's a genetic trait passed down between mothers and daughter and thus tends to run in families. They both used to be friends of mine. I still can't believe it all. I remember the day she called me from the police station crying because he had been "kidnapped". I recently found old pictures of us and it made me sick to my stomach. I didn't talk to her as often when I moved away in 2011, but I did visit the house were this happened once, though I didn't go inside. This was also the last time I saw Ernie :(.
Edit: I commented before watching and wanted to say that I've never watched her CZcams vids or seen these clips until now. A lot of what she said in the clips you are showing are lies. She never worked 3 jobs and she wasn't in college as far I know. She did occasionally do piercings, but I'm pretty sure she wasn't licensed to do it. She lived mostly off of food stamps and any money she received for the twins before they got together. Also, they didn't meet online like she said. We were a group of friends. My uncle was a friend of both Ernie (before they got together) and also of her sisters son's father. Ernie was my uncle best friends before my uncle committed suicide in 2010. My uncle and I were friends of hers. That's how they knew one another. I also went to school with Abby, Ernie's sister. We were also friends. I can't really say how Sam and Ernie's relationship was. She never mentioned that he abused her, but she did tell me they fought sometimes.
Her injury from Walmart was from one of the stainless steel baby changing stations in the restrooms had a broken latch and when she closed it and latched it, it came back down and hit her in the neck and back when she bent to pick up the diaper bag.
The guy she carried to Walmart was a registered sex offender and she let him stay around her KIDS.
I did find out a lot of this after the trials because someone I'm close with was on the jury members for Octavious (no they didn't talk about the case during the trial, I found out after and I don't know Octavious). I was told that during his trial he didn't show any remorse for what he did. Also, Ernie (whom I call Daegon) was brought to the woods in his underclothes (in freezing February) and a blindfold they had him kneel on his knees and then shot him in the head from behind. From what I was told was that this wasn't the plan they had. The were supposed to carry him to an opening in the woods and do it there, but one of them started to get cold feet so one of the others just shot him right there.
She was a extra on an independent film shot in Pittsburg, TX and you don't see her specifically in it. A lot of people from the area were "zombies" in that film. That's the only one she was in.
Here's where the other guys motives came from. Remember the injury from Walmart? She told me she had a won a big settlement from Walmart and had a large sum of money coming to her. I was told she promised to pay them to do it when she got the money. I personally think that she had him killed because she wanted to get out of the marriage before she received the settlement so she didn't have to split the money with him. Divorces take a long time and she would have received the money before they were divorced.
At the end of it all though, Ernest Lee "Ernie" "Daegon" Ibarra Jr did not deserve this. He wasn't perfect, but was a sweet guy and did have a good heart. He loved the kids and would have done anything for them. I still don't know how to emotionally process all of this because I knew them. I know his family, I know her family. I don't know what to feel at all. I'm sad he's gone. I'm sad for his family and the kids. I don't understand what made her do it even now, 6 years later. I am glad she was found guilty though, but my heart hurts over the whole thing. Sorry for this long drawn out and possibly all over the place comment. I've never spoken about any of this until now.

I'm not sure how long all of this went down but usually when you sue anyone, either a big company, or a person it takes years for the entire process. She wouldn't of gotten money from Wal-Mart immediately, it would of taken a while, well over a year if not more. We sued our neighbors home insurance for a HORRENDOUS accident that involved my 7 year old son, that took well over a year or so, and my son, who had the accident when he was small, tapped someone from behind during rush hour, stopped traffic, LITERALLY going 2 mph....she literally jumped out of her car, instantly crying that she has so much pain in her neck, she couldn't move her head!!!!! NO damage to her car, just massive damage to this woman's neck, by being bumped from behind, barely tapping her. This happened 3 years ago, and its still going on. I guarantee you, my son didn't hurt her, she was just sue happy.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know it is painful not to have answers to questions, questions that you probably won't get answers to. Pain comes in waves, you may be ok, then your not. I'm sure you have been told to get help. Sometimes helping someone else is better therapy. There are 5 kids that won't know they're dad. Her family, how awful for them also. She caused a lot of pain to a lot of people. Ernie wasn't the only victim, you all are. Maybe if you could reach out to each other you could start healing. Healing doesn't mean forgetting. None of you need to feel guilty, none of you could have changed it. Some people are just evil, she was.
I hope you can get some comfort, maybe writing it down here, through God if you are a believer, find a way.

That is traumatizing please keep talking about this to someone who will be supportive. This kind of horrific needless evil, the taking of your friends life by another friend of yours, the person he at one point trusted most, committed such a selfish narcissistic evil act of betrayal not just against poor Ernie, but also against everyone that loved & cared for her & Ernie, family & friends. However no matter how badly others are in pain I can't stop thinking about the kids as they were the ones hurt tragically many times over losing both parents. Please please don't think that this is something you can deal with on your own. Our compassion & loving nature is what makes this so hard for the mind to process...it wasn't meant too & therefore we need help in understanding how to deal with the residual waves of confusion, anger, sadness, pain, injustices & the stages of grief 😔 ☹️. I'm so sorry their loved ones have to go through this. My thoughts & prayers are with you. Share your story, share Ernie's story. Perhaps one day his kids will want to speak with their Dads friends & you will be able to provide them with some much needed peace of mind because I'm sure they will hear either one side or the other after things went bad but you have the rare experience of knowing their parents when they were happy and together not that that's going to bring their dad back and not this going to make them feel better but perhaps answering any questions that they might have will at least provide them with answers take care of yourself I know this isn't an easy situation I'm surprised you haven't spoke about it till now what shows how much it's been eating you up and hurting you from the inside out, thoughts and prayers for you as well. Listen, here’s a story about the nose. I used to work at a haunted house and there was a cute boy that worked there. We exchanged numbers. We worked all night long and the scene I worked in was one where my hands were tied/hidden in front of my lap. Plus it was cold and I had gloves on - which we know doesn’t work with iPhone. This was 2011. I liked this boy so much at 17 that I used my nose to text him all night long every work night all October. It’s completely possible and easy!

Am I the only one who actually have my nose print as an extra "finger print" in my phone... you know, just in case I ever get tied up or damage my hands or anything 😂 It doesn't work like 9 out of 10 times and drawing the symbol is so much easier, but I DO have my nose print on my phone😆

No. Having a set of twins then getting pregnant again and having another set of twins is definitely *NOT* a common thing. It is rare. Especially when the two sets of twins were conceived naturally (without any medical intervention)

Having two sets of identical twins, while not unheard of, is rare. While your odds of having identical twins the first time is about 1 in 250, your odds of having a second set are 1 in 70,000.

Hey Danielle!!! You have been sponsored by VPN for a couple of videos now and I agree. One MUST have a VPN! I was an avid Eastenders viewer in the 90s but shortly after I got the Walford bug, it was taken off all venues in the states. I had searched for years. I watched 1/2 of the first season on CZcams and then that was locked as well, (tears). Well, I signed up for a VPN just to watch Eastenders! I missed the first 10 years on Drama TV but I am hoping that if I stick with it long enough they will go back to the beginning again and I can catch the first 10. Thanks so much for your videos I think you are wonderful and I listen to your podcast as well. Keep up the good work. xxx/ooo from NY
