2:37 Ivey's expression getting raised on the river with quad Aces lmao
Almost cracked a smile
That dap at 18:20 could feed families
3:24 Ivey trying not to smile and show some good sportsmanship. Hats off for the attempt
That sneeky half second smirk from Ivey 😅
You see the eyes left move - priceless,
Hossein drawing blood biting his lips..😂 😂
Given the fact Daniel has not entered the race up until now, my inclination is to bail
Sempre crescendo com seus vídeos!
sams face at the end had me laughing and i was just as baffled as he was
Yeah imagine if he had K10 it would've been a sick way to Crack the Aces
No one going to comment about the guy folding JJ? That was some serious discipline.
It s not difficult to fold when your opponent doesn’t have hands that you beat
@@user-gb1xy2oc9m He could be having 88 - 99 - 1010 or playing the board. Only QQ, KK and AX beats him. That's not an easy laydown
@@user-gb1xy2oc9mokay but we know that, they don't.
Houseein gave a lot of tell on that one. He’s too comfortable & relaxed to be bluffing. Not a difficult decision to fold for pros.
I love Phil Ivy Consciously doing the eye movements after turning quads. Down and away to the right to show deception. Awesome.
Really ? Looked like to me it was his tell. Like quads is so exciting he hasn't seen it that much before.
@@beauporter8440 definitely a tell. He got lucky the guy didn't get a read on him. That subtle gesture that was missed is what started the deception I think.
Phil Ivey was probably still nervous about getting caught committing fraud with marked cards at a casino. He had to pay millions in damages, the poor fellow.
Phil does that all the time. It doesnt mean deception it means he's thinking
@@slowfuse I didn’t say it meant deception… I said he’s trying to show deception on purpose.
Fury doesn't clickbait, sick coolers 💥💥💥 AAAA+777's Hossein with statically near impossible hand. Full House with Quads needs a term now after this
Booked hotel
Name should be Hossein, like 10 2 is a Brownsen ... Name the Hand after the player
4+3 Quads house
4+2 Full quads
It would be called a full mansion
Isso foi surpreendentemente proveitoso.
Watching these videos scare me never to play poker again.
Like this game is crazy.
For you guys who don’t know in short deck a flush beats a full house so he literally only loses to quads
What is short deck?
@@markgrade6644 poker without 2s through 5s, aces count as 5s and aces so A6789 is a straight and in short deck flushes beat a full house
Thank you, I didn't know and was a bit confused
it's 7plus texas which means all cards under 7 is removed@@markgrade6644
@@markgrade6644all cards lower than 6s are taken out
Sam Greenwood is an amazing player, I've not seen anyone catch as many coolers as this man. He should have won so much more
This is one of the creepiest comments ever. Just so much cringe.
Calm down, just sending some props to a guy who will otherwise seldom be mentioned. Gotta say, probably less cringe than someone anonymously naming themselves dorian gray cruising round flaming people in youtube comments. Pretty sure you also read it wrong and don't know what a cooler is in poker? @@doriangray2020
This is one of the creepiest comments ever. Just so much cringe.@@doriangray2020
We all have moments of desperation. But if we can face them head on, that’s when we find out just how strong we really are.
first one played super well.
the intesity of the situation was unparalleled. his poker face was too good!!!!!
id rather lose to quads all day than have to experience that handshake at 18:15
😂😂😂😂😂😂
quad hands are all sick
Ivey/Greenwood was the perfect storm for Phil.
If Sam Greenwood had K 10 Clubs then WOW!
I like the PATTERN and Large typeface on these CARDS👏
Where can I buy them❓
second hand, hossein seem to happy while waiting for a call. clear tell!
Sorry, the quads versus quads hand beats all of these hands combined.
The way they are playing with the chips is making me aggressive lol
Hand with all in before doesn`t qualify to be named SICKEST
100% agree
Why didn’t they roll it twice? Or 3 times? I thought that was mandatory in that scenario
@@evanmull8539you can ask whoever you’re going heads up with if they both want to run it more than once but it’s not required
Agreed
If 72 off called by 10 2 off, then it would be sick
Greenwood knew the moment Ivey bet 400k, you could see the disgust in his face, he just didn’t trust his gut and got stuck and paid for it. My stomach was turning watching that hand.
It doesn't matter what his gut says he can't fold to the literal 1 combo of hand that can beat him. If Ivey can rep 1 possible hand and make him fold he's going to bluff a LOT
@@Dreamagain11There’s more than one combo that beats him. AA, QQ, JJ, 88, AQ, AJ, A8. All of which are reasonable possibilities. Personally, I’d understand calling the 400k, but raising there was reckless.
Watch the video lol. They're playing short deck and a flush beats a full house.
6:46 "he blocks one of the sexies" 💀
Beating Phil Ivey when he has rags is difficult, but when he has quad aces…
I feel awful for that first guy who was against Phil Ivey, dude literally had no possible way of getting out of that without going broke. I don't think there is a poker player alive capable of folding a nut flush draw, I mean the commentators even said its a person with only one hand they could lose to, against a person with only 2 hands they could lose to... how the hell do you get away from that? Holy shit I can't even imagine the feeling of turning over a hand like that only to be met with Quads, I don't think I would ever play poker professionally again because I'd figure I must be the unluckiest person in the world. Only worse hand I've ever seen from an odds wise was that one incredible moment where it was a Royal Flush vs Quad Aces.
Greenwood also had 2nd nuts, T9 of clubs was regular flush.
Thank you, that was driving me crazy trying to figure out what they were talking about
I think he might of mistook the 8 of spades as the 8 of clubs otherwise I don't know what he was smoking but I want some.
Got beat holding a king high routine. Had trip tens after rainbow 2, 6,10 flop v four unsuited AKs final table and Queen Jack happened.
No one cares
Got over it myself.
Ivey is so lucky that club came.
What did Greenwood think Ivey was raising with? A worse flush, when there's already a full house on the board?
He bears full House
The quads vs quads and quads aces vs royal flush beats every other quads hand without doubt.
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
i'm an ivey fan. i had the same thing happen to me against an old lady at turningstone, i had the nut flush early but couldn't shake her in a limit game and she rivered quads. it was low level money but that's all i can afford.
Just curious, how can you call it the 5 sickest quads and not include the quad aces that lost to a ROYAL FLUSH at the WSOP Main Event?
It was some time around 2006 if I recall.
phil's tee is gorgeous
Hossein’s AAAA w/ 777 has to be the most impossible hand I’ve ever seen run out
please correct me if i'm wrong.
in the 2nd game replay, i personally think that Gerald should 3-bet on the pre-flop. like Daniel in the 4th game, but it kinda too aggressive.
in the 3rd game, Sam got a really good fold.
Give every man thy ear, but few thy voice; take each man’s censure, but reserve thy judgment.
What a fold on the ace 7 full house hand
3:00 - How is there only two hands Sam loses to? I count six full house combos in addition to the quads.
They’re playing some weird short deck poker where a flush beats a full house
Giving Phil quads is just not fair.
That ace 7 hand might be the craziest hand I’ve ever seen
I've lost the 2nd highest hand you can have to the royal. I couldn't have lost with anything less and I did. It was beautiful to see the 2nd best hand lose to the royal flush. Luckily I didn't have as much to bet with, but I doubt anyone would have folded my hand. He needs to have A/K and I had 9/8, straight flush.
If you ever thought you were going to fold, I want proof.
They obviously haven't seen the Negreanu/Gus Hanson hand
Cria mais como este, por favor!
Pretty bold of greenwood... not because you expect the quads but def was giving off full house energy.
Apparently in this game, flush beats full house...
@@supergrissi huh? no.
@@Tweakerbythespeaker yes!
being a newbie to poker vids . . . I wish the announcer would consistently refer to the player by the name on the screen. I think they post the 1st name then refer to them by their last name - or vice versa. Confusing!
Yeah Partypoker did that first name thing for a while, or still does it not sure, and it's annoying. You can still make up from the action and the casters who is who though. There has been a whole summer of WSOP and Triton poker and most of it is still up for watch...no first name bs.
18:20 Best dap
The first one was sick nasty if someone hits Quad Aces on me I'll French kiss em
In the first hand - the community 8 was a ♠️ not a club; so 10,9 clubs wouldn’t have been a straight flush. And being as Greenwood was holding a blocker to the royal flush he was literally only losing to AA!
"Sickest Quads" Video not possible without mentioning 2008 WSOP. Quad Aces went out after clashing with Royal Flush.
I beat quads in a 1/3 holdem game with a SF. I jumped up screaming and the school teachers i played with didn't realize what was going on. We hit the bad beat.
Meanwhile any time I have better than two pair the whole table somehow has a nine high or some crap.
The first hand would be much better if that 8 of clubs was a 10 of clubs.
Royal flush vs quads.
Promise yourself to accept life as it comes and truly make each day special.
I wonder if the first hand had played out differently if he had K10s instead...
saw a little smile on Ivey's face lol
I was in a tournament, 1st hand
3 Qs, 2K full house
Guy goes all in first hand, I call
He has 3K, 2 Q full
Devastated
15:06 man didn't have a full house, he had an overcrowded house
hossein was beaming and giddy he surely would of had a monster? i dont think you can fake those smiles huge tell...
Should short deck be included in "sickest"?
I wonder if any of them that has quads knew what their kicker was.
If you like these quads hands you all should see: Losing with quads video( Lewis vs Robl )
This Irish/Scottish accent was killing me
The commentary was so bad like "the player with the quads won't probably bet, he'll just check check check" like wtf
@@XxdarkninoxX came here to say the same, thought the river was gonna go check check check?? in what world? and then thought guy with quads was gonna flat and not shove, when he was obviously gonna shove every time, worst commentary ive heard
Ouch big hit
I was expecting to see the Quad Queens over Quad Nines and the Royal Flush over Quad Aces
Sick hand at bellagio lastnite when my openenet made 4 kks on 6th st I made 4 AAAA on the river
Who’s the Irish/scottish commentator on the second hand (4quads) ?
The A 7 things has like 0.0001% to happen
Dang
Purple Burglar Alarm
I know this is probably the amature in me, but... (Ivy - Greenwood) I have the nut Flush versus a possible full house (88, A8, AQ, AJ, QQ, JJ) and they bet. I'd just call. If they don't have the full house any raise I make is going to induce a fold. No one is calling me with a set, or two pair, straight, or a weaker flush, I would think.
Why was that last clip in this list? And why wasnt Robl vs Lewis quads the number one sickest on this video?
I feel bad for Ivey's opponent
Imagine if greenwood had clubs T with clubs king
Didn't Ivey have a problem with getting unsealed marked packs into Crockfords Mayfair,it was spotted and he didn't get paid????
first hand, triple ace. let’s see how this goes
I dont understand how people go all in before the flop and river cards, seems crazy to me to go all in on a pair of 9s
18:24 are those dollars or what currency cause it can’t be dollars right ? 😂😂😂
I started bringing a cow bell for when people won’t stop clicking their dang chips together. It’s freaking irritating has hell!!!!!
Full house don’t beat a flush? Is it a different rule?
Only watch the first three hands so far, but so far only the first ones were quads , the next two were four of a kind. Semantics maybe. But three on the board isn’t as exciting.
Flush loses to full house. There were a bunch of hands that the king high flush would lose to.
Focus cards please
Folding that flush was easier than you make it out to be
How is the Gus Hanson / Negreanu legendary High stake poker hand not in this top 5.
gerald fold is insane
I’m a little new to poker but doesn’t the guy in the first clip have a royal flush vs those 4 Aces? Why didn’t that beat the quads?
For the Royal Flash the 8 needs to be a 10 (10, B, D, K, A).
Every time I watch poker I think: What a dull load of bollocks 🤣
One thing I hate, is every one fucks around with their chips.
How do you not have the quads over quads
Commentator say Greenwood loses to only two hands , he actually looses to all boats .
I like these videos but in friendly neighborhood games with a clock running you do not get 4 minutes to decide on what to bet.
Is Gerald from Latvia or Austria ? Flag looks like Latvia
flush on a paired board... definitely would not have called after shove
The fact that it's SD and he only loses to quads is so insanely painful lmao
Runner runner quad 4s on a gut 47s is so disgusting lmao
It was open ended draw…
