Just in case people are wondering, the "popping" is from the engine running rich and unspent fuel being ignited in the exhaust as opposed to the combustion chamber

What’s all done to yours? I have a 15 FBO tuned on E30 (pro tune and stratified)
Mines also a 15! But nothing crazy, just turbo back exhaust, catless, with a tune. Then just a couple other little things like bov, short shift kit, bushings, springs, and spacers.
Go with 15 or 20 mm the 15 mm you wouldn’t have to put the mudflats on

@@BenLovrien No worries, I just installed some 18x8.5 wheels with 40mm offset and your stance looks almost identical to mine :)
Stock wheels are 18x8 +55

With the tune does it come with multiple maps to turn pops on and off?
Only asking cause I work graveyard shift and don't want to cause problems with neighbors, but when the sun comes up im all for it lol
No pops will always be there, but they’re set above a certain RPM, so if you shift below 3000 rpm you’ll be fine. I’m sure if you really wanted you can work something out with Nate and we can set them higher in your rpm range so you won’t pop unless you’re above 3500rpm or something.

The only scary part is if your battery dies during flashing the tune

@@BenLovrien I got one and it helps a lot with wheel hop. Also adds some race car feel with the vibration and sound. I think it’s worth getting
Definitely worth it! I have one on my FiST, and no more engine slapping firewall on hard 1st to 2nd shift.
What size are the wheel spacers ?

I know this is a broad question, but what would you recommend to buy first for the car?
Exhaust, one million percent. It’s my favorite first mod to do cause its relatively easy to do, and makes such a difference in the character of the car.
Depends on what you want with the car? If it is sound you are after; exhaust. Can also go with intake for more intake sound (that was my first mod). If you want more woosh and psssssh; replace recirc valve for a 50/50 or full blowoff valve. If you want better traction; rear motor mount, follow-up on that with a TB traction bar or the traction gusset. If you want the looks; spoiler riser or go with some splitters.

Forgot to add, if you want performance; try get an intercooler as a first mod, the stock one is hardly up to its task and the car will suffer from heatsoak

Yup! It’ll work all the way up to stage 27.4! Jk😂 but yeah no you can, it’ll work just fine👍🏻
