    For pounded masala:
    Jeera 2 tsp
    Coriander seeds 3 tsp
    Fennel seeds 1 tsp
    For Missi roti:
    Besan 1 cup
    Wheat flour 1 cup
    Onion chopped 2 tbsp
    Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
    Pounded masala 1 tsp
    Chilli flakes 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    Red chilli powder ½ tsp
    Oil ½ tbsp
    For ragi soup:
    Ragi flour 1 cup
    Salt ½ tsp
    Red chilli powder ½ tsp
    Water as required
    Oil 2 tsp
    Hing ½ tsp
    Carrot ½ cup
    French beans ½ cup
    Green peas ¼ cup
    Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
    Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    Red chilli powder ½ tsp

    Thankyou for sharing such a nice recipe sir😊 I liked it 👌👌 i just love ragi because it is very healthy for our body and it helps in weight loss too, I am used to add ragi laddoos in my breakfast mostly. Anyone can make this recipe bcz it is so easy and healthy too.

    Add ragi flour instead of white flour in Missi roti , n add tomato puree in all vegetables. It will be more healthy ❤️
