Jeera 2 tsp
Coriander seeds 3 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
For Missi roti:
Besan 1 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Pounded masala 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Oil ½ tbsp
For ragi soup:
Ragi flour 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Water as required
Oil 2 tsp
Hing ½ tsp
Carrot ½ cup
French beans ½ cup
Green peas ¼ cup
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
