What a dope ass personality. As soon as he gets into the Podcast game its over. I can see him instantly having worldwide listeners tuning in in record numbers. I definitely think its an avenue worth exploring in the times of now..

He doesn't need to do podcasts. Plus the way he's seemingly determined his career, he only does whatever he wants to do. I think a podcast would be too structured for him, unless he only records it if and when he wanted.
Thats why i said it might be worth exploring in "the times of now", since they've got everyone afraid of any type of personal contact nowadays, ie talking to breathing on or merely just being in the same room with people. Since everyones fear of "Catching The New Shit And Dying" is through the roof, podcasting might be a viable option to still continue to at least talk to a broad and unlimited audience of people that like listening to him speak about real life shit..

I can listen to Dave for hours, his stories are just as good as his jokes and I feel like I learned something every time I listen to him because he's so good at getting you to look at things from his point of view.
I've never seen someone own the crowd as soon as he walks in...no hype just walks in and the crowd applause...you are one of a kind mr. Chappelle...and Thank god you are in my generation...

Dave Chappell is ok ... funny is all hell but I notice within his commentary I've watched quite a bit of his s*** and he's way out of line a lot of times. There's a certain way he uses Nigg- ar!! with a long drawl.

I love his comedy. He's not only halarious, he's so intelligent, and speaks his mind on all sorts of subjects. When I'm feeling down I just look for his comedy on Utube and automatically feel better. Laughter is so healthy in many ways. 😁

Seeing Chappelle live at Radio City was one of the most awesome experiences of my life thus far, I legit spent the entire day floating along with a perma-grin plastered on my face. Somehow my dad worked some magic & got me the best bday gift ever, I can cross this one off my bucket list.

Yes, the top comics must have a super understanding of human psyche. It's not the same as brain surgery or the bio-mechanics of the brain, more like understanding how the mind thinks. They have to take in information about humanity: economic, political, social, popular, language, etc, chop it up, break it down, and then throw it back at us to make us laugh and understand the context that he wants us to focus on.
Some entertainers can do that with a segment of the population and do it well for that specific segment. Dave's comedy crosses all segments. Every time I hear something new from him I'm amazed at his insight and how good he is at showing me his perspective. As much as I like young skinny Dave and his prepared work on Comedy Central, I like the mature Dave more and more as I hear his newer material. His best insights are the times he freestyles with the audience like this Q&A segment.
He not only makes us laugh, but he also makes us think. Therein lies his true genius. He adds to our perspective of humanity. He could teach an introductory sociology or psychology class at any university, bring in his perspective to the topic, and the students would be much wiser. Good luck getting a seat in that lecture hall, it would sell out and I'd be scalping tickets.

Not able to confirm the true reason she killed herself, but it is possibly because of how nasty she was treated by that community and how she was alienated. If there was a note left it was never released to public.

I am fairly certain she was also his opener for at least one of his shows.
