Anytime you see raw land, unless you yourself own it, you should always assume that it WILL be developed by someone at some point… and it may not be something you like!
I used to live in rural Blythewood...now its become overgrown...congested....trash everywhere. All because of the EV plant being built. Land and home sales sky high.

There are, they tend to be on the outskirts in the suburbs. Not so much in the city limits.
