What's your biggest Pro or Con about Columbia SC? đđđ
Thanks for being honest!! The palmetto bugs almost makes me not want to move there lol đ©
They are actually a lot less prevalent as you get more into the cities :)
They arenât that bad we had the m like once or twice when I was at ft bragg đ
Columbia is such a beautiful place! Drove through a few times.
Helpful and funny! "Please, for everyone's sake, wear antiperspirant." đ
Pretty good list!
Glad you think so!
There is only Cons. Please move to any other state. Thank you.
Iâm from Houston Texas. We have summer and spring 365 days of the year. Lol
I like your video †I afraid about cocodrilo đ what about those ?
I don't care for cities...I'd be looking at the outskirts.
We actually live in one of the small towns outside of the city as well.
Thank you! I'm researching the area and this was really helpful to get a general idea of what the area is like. LOL on the John Candy 1 degree reference, here is the clip for anyone who was curious: czcams.com/video/0NWKq8cezis/video.html
I love that you got this reference!
Things go awry?
A takeover by the evil ones in charge/ they want society as we know it to collapse so they can âbuild back betterâ as they see fit: they want LOTS fewer humans on planet/ in USA they want the people still left to be forced to love in one of 7 or so zones. No more free rural living, no more cash / everything online and therefore controlled. Look into Agenda 2030 or 15 minute cities (thatâs where no cars needed as all your needs are within 15 minute walk. Itâs all about âthemâ controlling us.
CRIME?? SAFE AREAS
Hey Joe, great question. Calling an area safe is subjective since we all have different experiences and is actually a violation of real estate license law. We did talk briefly about the crime rates for the area in this video czcams.com/video/tHk4ZsOxTW0/video.html However, for a more in depth view I would suggest looking at a website such as neighborhoodscout.com/sc/crime

â@@NicholsHomeTeamI respect you. Because you grew up in another area. Most of the people here are locals. So they don't any perspective on other places. (I've lived in Dallas, Houston, as well as Louisville, Kentucky) And please warn people about Hard Scrabble Road. They've been construction on this road for 7 years! SMH.
