Guitar: Yamaha Pacifica. Humbucker.
Distortion pedal: Visual Sound V2 Series V2JH Jekyll and Hyde (distortion mode)
Amp and cabinet were emulated in DAW

Great demo! I have the EVH version of the MXR, and it’s great. The TC sounds good too, maybe a little thin and prangy. Mooer has a solid sound with distortion and great for the price!! Very good review, keep ‘em coming!

Agreed. MXR and Mooer are both in my pedalboard. I sold TC, but it's still a good pedal.

MXR sounds the best. The Thunderstorm is good but sounds a bit thinner and brighter.

I'm pretty sure it was tuned up before I recorded the loop. I was probably just pressing the A string too hard so it went out of tune. See, I just don't play that well

@@dorgsan your demo it's spot on , the non stop dynamic of sounds right after sounds it serves well for the purpose of comparing them , also the absence of distracting human voices that plagues almost all demos around, keeps one's self totally fucking focused on what matters here , the sonics of those pedals... Great job 👏🏻
