shes coming into heat, may I make a suggestion, it is with the horses wellbeing I say this but remove halters never leave halters on a horse. it is just to dangerous, to easy for a horse to get caught up and die. he wouldnt be dropping like that unless she was going into heat, I can tell by how she is also lifting her tail too.
Headcollars nowadays have a safety release fitted on them
It might be a good idea for him to lose those gonads. He's going to feel much better without them, less likely to suffer from wanderlust or get into fights over mares, he'll be safer to handle. Combined with training, it's the safest way to nip this behaviour in the bud.

I find it so cute how she protects her little herd mate from his obnoxious behavior, telling him to butt off.
Neither is it a beating tho, i was waiting for it the whole video and saw none...she was kindly telling him to piss off and he wasn't listening.

I know mares who wouldve given him hell from the start, like full on loaded kicks on him seriously.. maybe that wouldve made him realize sooner thats not how you get them ladies haha

They're not playing, she is coming into festus and he can smell it. In a different comment the owner said that in the end, he covered her.
He must be a special breed for the owner to want to breed that beautiful mare to this much smaller pony or horse. The baby would be beautiful but will probably be much smaller also

Bet the owner didn’t see the video where the mare kicked the stallion and killed him, if he/she did perhaps they want the same for this colt or perhaps they like to stress the horses out.
I am the owner of all of them, they are just behaving naturally; the mares are ready when they are ready and they tell the colt in their way. Notice there is not any damage. Do you want the mares hobbled?

Dude this is just how horses work. They’ll bother each other to try or claim dominance over each other all the time, and then they’ll groom each other and eat next to each other. Separating is bad for horses since they’re herd animals. It stresses them out to be away from a group.
