- 30 Days to Santiago is a multi-media photo journal that documents a young pilgrim's epic adventure across Spain as he treks 500 miles on the Camino de Santiago. Follow Chris Sanders as he crosses mountains, barren plains, navigates big cities and tiny hamlets, and meets new friends on the road to Santiago. Set to an impressive performance of Ravel's Bolero this journal is an entertaining crescendo of adventure and anticipation!

Pat Hiban
Great video, congratulations, you reallize whats the camino feelings
NICE FOTOS
My great wish! Some day, I hope!
Very nicely done - and I always love to hear Bolero!
Have you hiked much of the A.T.?
Were you looking for wines to buy?
Buen Camino, :-)
People of all means walk the Camino. It can be pretty inexpensive if you plan well. Refugios are very inexpensive and you can purchase food in the local market and cook it yourself each night.
Will watch for you. Buen Camino!
congratulations!
Thanks - tell all of your friends :-))
Great video!! At what time of the year did you make your Camino?
be proud of yourself ;-) I wish to go there one day.
Pat- good luck!
You can always do it in stages...a little each year!
Nice video
Well said! Hopefully the slide show played a small part in helping you relive some of the journey.
Thanks - I've watched some of your vlogs- brilliant- I see also you are walking with your baby. We will do the same with our toddler this spring. Buen Camino!
Hei Chis! Thanks for the film. It` was great. Perhaps you are the same person who walked with Kari from Finland. I just read Kari`s book about his camino. I am going my camino next sprin. Greetings from Finland and all good for you.
buen Camino 素晴らしい思い出でした。
thanks chris i was in burgos 6 days 2013 i saw el camino de compostela one day i will make it.
Ravel's " Bolero" .......I start mine in Sept. 2013. ..400 miles
Thanks! It was indeed difficult in the editing room - so many pictures, so few notes! I am thinking of creating a longer more comprehensive version soon. If possible, could you rate my video? Thanks!
I am going to do the pilgrimage one month from now! Where did you start? I dont think I will go all the way from France, but since I live in Barcelona, where do you think I should start?
Beautiful video by the way!
If you plan well, it can be pretty inexpensive. I met many people who stayed in near free refugios...and cooked their own food.
nice one
nice video, we are doing it in September (voie Podientis) and are 'scared' of the temperatures and weather as we are not familiar with the weather anymore, leaving in Australia! At what time of the year did you do the walk? Anybody has an advice on what to bring in September/October?Thanks
Thanks. I am curious, what do you miss about Belgium? I lived in Holland...and have fond memories of Brugge, Antwerpen, and Brussels. DO tell. Merci/Danke.
well done!
Did you ever make the trek?
HEY! The music you chose is spectacular! What's the name of the piece? :D
HIi Might see you there, i am walking from Leon on the 14th May!Looking forward already!!
So have you done your trek yet. I start mine on March 5th 2013... quit my job last week..... what was that line in "Dead poets society" Carpe Deium" not sure of the speling
la gente no lo entiende,no es el llegar hacia ahi, sino el camino en si.... :)
Great photo's and fitting music. We vlogged the camino on our channel. Buen camino!
That was me. I actually made it into Kari's book! See my website 30daystosantiago - click on Camino artifacts.
I would love to do this but I dont know how much it would cost with all the lodging and food and equipment, seems like only the well off could afford to do this.
beautiful photos , we plan to do it in october
i have just read a book called murielle's angel by mary howell which is a personalised novel reflecting her life changing experiences on the camino. a super book . fieldsman
thanks for the suggestion. but 100 km on foot? that is still too much!
i saw u walking ;)
i am interested in doing this but it takes too long!
Oare voi putea sa fac acest drum al cunoasterii de sine?As vrea!
Thanks Sue- by the way, I just finished my second camino- this time with my wife and two year old!! I uploaded a new video for you tube but due to copywrite, you have to access it on a PC or if on a mobile device, you have to view it via my website. 30daystosantiago dot ccom. Happy 9th!
bang
really? do tell!
2009 NAAR SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA VAN UIT DELFT 3 MAANDEN OVER GE DAN
Thanks!
Good luck Fr Lugger! I just finished my second Camino- this time with my two year old and wife! Check out the video under my profile here on CZcams...
No thanks, it´s toooo hard and expensive. Walking in the woods near me 10miles a week it´s enough.
I was thinking... is this something that is truly do-able with children? I never see children in any of the videos (besides babes in carriers) - I was thinking with a 10 and 12 year old... and taking a couple of months to do it. I think it'd be SO educational... but is it realistic?
Gracias!
Just watched this again..so lovely. I'll be taking my 9th group on the Camino in May 2014 and look forward to another incredible journey along the way. Buen Camino!.
