Hi Jerry, I love your videos thank you. Can you please tell me how to: (1) Turn the radio off but still have sound for navigator. (2) How to extend radio timeout so I dont have to restart radio 12 plus times to watch a movie at Drive in Theatre. (3) also for drive-in, stop lights coming on every time car starts up.
Is there an option to use the postcode only in the sat nav. because you have to type the street name, i came across a street the sat nav couldn't pick up.

Hi Jerry, love your videos and used them alot when I got my new Australian Vibe last December.
Should the Vibe have ambient temperature display or is it onlyavailabke on the Excite and Exceed models?
As far as I can see, only the Excite and Essence have temperature display sadly.

Not possible. It’s a safety feature thing to disable the camera after speed reaching 20

Yours is a lower spec with no built-in navigation
Hi Jerry, I have the ZST 2023 (Australia) model and notice that when I push the arrow buttons on the steering wheel to change channels, it doesn't go to the next pre-set station. It just goes to the next available station. Is that normal, or is it a fault in the console programming?
It’s normal. All the MG cars do that.
How do we put the ambiant temperature display on the infotainment screen (beside the time display, upper right)?
This is unfortunately not available on the ZST Core or Vibe.
How do you manually set your DAB radio, just got the car and I am unable to get any DAB channels it says to manually set but cant see any videos on how to any help would be amazing
We don't have DAB in New Zealand so I have no idea on this :(

Some specs do not have temperature gauge or display. It is down to local specification.
2 comments, the 9khz step is used in most ountries on AM radio, US uses 10khz. Does the audio system allow you to plug in a USB with Music Files (MP3 or WMA)?

Yes, you can plug in an USB to play music & even video too.
MG ZS: When playing music from Android phone through Bluetooth, music volume level is much lower that the radio (Android volume level is on maximum). Is there any way to make balance between radio and Bluetooth volume levels?
It's not going to be 100% balanced.
Hi Jerry, do you know how to display the radio Station names on the display instead of just the numbers? Showing only numbers is just silly imo, who can remember multiple, different stations by numbers only?
Not possible to display texts on this system
Well that's certainly disappointing . Even my 2017 Hilux can display Radio names 😢

Hi there, i just turned my car on today, and the screen did not turn on. Brand new, bought last year Oct. Ive tried long pressing the home key and still nothing. MG service doesnt open til Monday, but would really want to get it fixed as it is the only way to use the aircon.

It’s only available for certain specs. It may not be available for your spec. Check with your local dealer for confirmation

Go to the settings and check announcement volume. You may have turned it off.
