Should of mentioned the gas tube also. Seems the dealership are telling folks they need to use this to fill up. But actually it is for using a gas can to fill up, not at the pump. Good video for new owners. Thank you.

I live in Iowa. Had my 2021 Ryker 900 ACE since August of 21 and got almost 5,000 miles already. Cant wait for warmer weather. This thing is a blast to ride! Great video!

@@c8pate744 I live like an hour from Des Moines so theres alot of open roads to travel. I do see police officers but never really seen them have any motorcycles pulled over. We have alot of paved county and back roads to ride on.
In Chicago the police are everywhere
Enjoyed the vid. I've got a no. 6 for you that can help a lot of people. I learned from Ryker Dog that the gear shift can be worked by your left foot by pushing down on the lever and drawing it back into reverse. This is easily done if you can reach it with the ball of your foot and saves you from grabbing it by hand or with an accessory. Thanks.

My wife and I both shift ours with our foot. We have since spring of 2019 when we rode ours Ryker Rallies off the lot.
All the aftermarket shifter and Hand shifters are not required 👌

What sound system do you have on your bike and which windshield
I have the regular ryker windshield. They have a new one out so please get that one. Its very nice! I have the mtx one that sits on the handle bars. It has 300 watts, I like it.
The only thing the left foot peg does when placed in rear rider position is lockout the ability of the driver to be able to place the Ryker in “Sport or Rally” modes. It does not reduce total power. It reduces aggressive acceleration but does not reduce top end power.

If you are able to ride all year yes thats bad. Lol. But if only able to ride a few months because of the weather then that's not bad.
Don’t start your bike in the winter, ride at least 9 miles to burn off the condensation off in the motor. I’m not ridding in the winter, mine is happy on the battery tender in my garage. Come on Spring/Summer!!!

Have to watch all my videos. Lol. The bag right under my gas cap i got from brp for 100 buck. The little small one. The one bigger hard case bag on the side is the shade bag. Got that from the dealer. I also have a bag towards the back of the bike. Got that from a motorcycle shop up this way.

I wish it was still ONLY 8 bucks in 2024 for 5 gallons of 93 octane...It's over $20 now..Both my Harleys have a 96 cu.in motor with a six speed....Because they use different tuners one has a Dyno Jet the other a V&H FP3...One bike gets 37 mpg the other 50 mpg...Looking to get a 2024 Rally before the end of April...Looking to install a Dyno Jet PV4... I think that's really going to effect the mpg...BUT...you only live once...

My biggest confusing issue on my 2022 ryker 600 is knowing how much gas I have left. I don't have autonomy mode so I don't have eco, sport etc etc modes and the left side fuel gauge is very deceiving too. Your video was helpful to me except the fuel and autonomy sections. Do you know how my 600 can be changed to eco mode and how I can read my fuel stats?

I’m also in chicago and I have forgot to take my key the first month but now I’m on it. My charging port doesn’t work and I’m not sure why. I didn’t notice until about two months after I had it and they told me I needed to find a can am dealership or get it back to them. Maybe you have a suggestion.
I work with the dealer Jim potts in wauconda Illinois. They fix things and get my bike back to me within one day or same day.
I also have two guys on the south side of Chicago who can fix it for the low
How much do they charge? I was told since I’m under warranty they would fix it free since it arrived to me like that. But I can’t find a dealership that contract with Can am and I’m not driving all the way out to the dealer that built the bike so I’ll pay at this point. Where are they located?

The issue with the charge ports is an easy fix. All you have to do is remove the frunk and switch the wires on the plug.
Some were shipped with the polarity backwards.
And also just an FYI it only works when the Bike is Running 👍
My BEP tech says you shouldn’t ride your Spyder or Ryker unless you are going to ride 9 miles minu

How do u take your bike out of VSS MODE?
It's almost always a dealership trip to fix vss. Sorry
If you ride it for 20 to 25 miles it will come out of vss mode. Some other folks tell you to disconnect the battery for a minute or two.
Eco mode is only on the rally
Its also on the regular 900. I have the 2019 900 and its on there. I will check my friends 600 but im sure eco mode is on that one too.
All of the Rykers have ECO MODE 😲

The only bike with Rally Mode is the Rally.
The 600 and 900 Ace have 3 Modes.

I bought my bike last year in March I only have 2100miles on it…..when do I need to get a oil change or tune
Oil change says 6k miles but I tell people to get one done every season right before you put it away for long period of time. As far as the tune I will have to check into that for you.

@@c8pate744 let's see the rattles it does my brakes suck they squel every time I use them the left turn signal loves to stay flashing even after you fight with it to turn it off! It should of came with a tool kit never happen so if someone gets a flat their screwed that's bs
