I think Sukuna is just raging right now. He's 1v1ing an opponent who he should be steam rolling, but instead he's actually getting pushed. So he whips out his DE with some modifications but that doesn't work either. So now he's down to his last resort with the flames to get rid of Yuji once and for all. Just to prove he's superior. The best part is that yuji is making Sukuna flustered so he might start making mistakes he normally wouldn't make.

Reminds me of the ShamenKing anime when the final boss's ability was thought to only be a flame spirit, but in fact, he revealed to have mastered all the elemental spirits. He just preferred Flames and that through the good guys for a huge loop. Maybe what we know as Malevolent Shirne isn't all about cuts and slashes but has a deeper meaning for which Fire is included.
I hope that when this gets animated, they cut out all the flashbacks and save the exposition dump for a montage episode so we can have an uninterrupted fight.

Yuji swapped souls with two people, one being kusakabe, the other has to have known rct (gojo, yuta, shoko, hakari) i doubt it was shoko, and hakari is a little weird because it’s automatic from his domain so not sure if it was him. he also obtains the cursed techniques of the person and he wouldn’t be able to use gojos to their full potential without the 6 eyes so i believe he swapped with yuta. meaning he also knows copy now. he could have a LOT more cursed techniques in his bag, since we know he’s never had issues with eating things. im excited to see what else he has up his sleeve
Maybe the fire technique fuga can only be used a limited amount of times or it already has its own binding vows set on it and that's why Sakuna has to say open before he uses it

It would be interesting if this new technique isn’t weaker than shrine per say rather has restrictions that make it harder to have the same free killing power such as shrine like what if it takes time to build up in terms of destructive power and the reason it could be used faster is because jogo was a fire user literally adding fuel to sukuna’s fire or this new technique requires twice or three times as much cursed energy as shrine for the same effect

My personal theory on the fire technique is it has to do with the black box.
Maybe it's more straining on the host body since megumi wasn't made specifically for sukuna like itadori's body was. Could have to do with a thing like losing 10 shadows or shrine since megumi's black box has a technique already and yuji's body didn't during shibuya.
My theory is what if sukuna's true cursed technique is not only to absorb the technique of anyone he consumes but also to rewrite his black box to change his technique to the desired stolen technique.
A couple of ideals maybe Yukji is prepared for it because sukana used it while in his body. Also it would be interesting if he has to use this ability after using his dismantle since you chop your ingredients before cooking it.
Sukuna reminds me a lot of Aizen, way too powerful to lose. But mess around too much and actually lose 😭😭

I think maybe sukuna doesn’t use fuga often because it might be like opening a door. If he uses it then maybe it’s as though he’s opening the door to his malevolent shrine and since him and yuji are linked once the “door” opens yuji will have full access to it and anything else sukuna has in his arsenal but right now his back is against the wall so he has no choice but to just hope yuji doesn’t notice he can now enter the shrine fully

In my opinion Sukuna decided to use the fire technique out of desperation at this point. The foundation that makes him different and so strong is where he gets his power from, his ideology towards the weak. If he were to admit that he was using the power of his brother or twin, he would become much weaker. When he decided to use this ability against Jogo, it was just to justify his point of view (to show off) Jogo not representing a real danger. Using his brother's ability or if it is indeed borrowed power can result in him starting to have doubts about his vision of what it means to be strong. That would make sense to me 😊 I would appreciate constructive comments on my idea😈 By the way you do a great job with these videos!
I like that idea. It actually makes sense, if Fuga was actually Sukuna's twin's CT, which he would have gained from eating him.
If he had to use the fire technique when he is in real danger he would have to accept the fact that his ideology about power as that power lies in individuality and not in relying on others would be wrong and he would be at a real disadvantage .Yes, he uses other techniques only to demonstrate that he can not to defend himself from an imminent danger. I think he knew from the beginning that that soul would be reincarnated and he most likely separated himself into the 10 fingers in order to reincarnate at the right time to destroy the only thing that can neutralize him.
