This is a great video, and sci-fi fans must love it.
I'm definitely one of those. I've been to 2 Godzilla festivals, in LA. Got to see a guy (not Japanese) dressed in a full size 'Zilla suit, and 2 Japanese girls singing the Mothra tune. The tiny twins in the movie were called the "Peanuts".
Also did a tour of Forrest J. Ackerman's home/museum, and talked to him.
At a Fangoria convention in LA, I scared Dick Smith with my giant "Little Shop of Horrors" hand puppet, other wise known as 'Audrey 2'. He autographed it for me.
Got Darth Vader's autograph in LA.
As any fan knows, the San Diego Comic-Con is the best one in the world. Several of us sold stuff at a table there. I saw the master, Ray Harryhausen, at his presentation. I sat in the front row, and asked him what his favorite scene in all his movies was. He said the skeleton sword fight from "Jason and the Argonauts", at which point everyone cheered with approval.
I've also been lucky enough to have met Lon Chaney Jr., the original 'Wolfman', and seen Elsa Lanchester, the original 'Bride of Frankenstein'. She was pushing a shopping cart at the Farmer's Market in West LA.
If you lived in LA, you will eventually see someone cool.
Awesome!👻👽👾🤖🚀
Awesome. Sci-fi and horror are the best combo
Absolutely awesome. I was saving this for a few days. Thank you again.
It's like having Night Flight back, but original as well. Fantastic, I love your channel.
Love your Sleep Core show!
Sleep Core seems to know me well & only wants to help me relax.
Nice mix. Thank you for your work!
“That looks like orange juice. Is it orange juice?” No, of course not. You’re on a spaceship. It’s TANG.
Most excellent!
Most Excellent Indeed😁👍

Very nice.
I went to many Vulkon cons in FL. During the 80s and 90s
Gamera is friend to all!
Awesome 👏
Met the Godzilla actors at Chiller con
They forgot about Dale Kuipers he worked on the Howling and Cave man and he was supposed to create the monster for the 80's remake the thing but he was non union and so they went with Rob Bottin Dale Kuipers was a creative genius and he was My best friend. He has a web page look him up you will be amazed.

There's one mistake in the video done at the Hollywood Museum exhibit. The announcer says that the Brontosaurus model was from the first King Kong. That model was at Forrest Ackerman's house, and it's from the silent movie version of "The Lost World".
thanks
0:23 The Bermuda Depths.
38:29 Remind me Buzz Lightyear.
Do you look for the bad copies of some of these like 20/20 to get the aesthetic?
Yeah. It’s not so much seeking out bad versions as it is picking clips based on their aesthetic quality. Degraded tape is one of my favourite things and I think it lends itself really well to memory and can add a dreamy feel to the content.
@@picsnportraits Got it. Excellent description of analog tape, especially the dreamy aspect of it along with memories. Awesome channel, thanks for the fast reply.
0:17 what is that awesome looking horned wolf puppet from? That looks amazing!
I think it might be from "Zoltan: Hound of Dracula." 1978
@@horrorhabit8421 Hmmm, doesn't seem like it. This dog is a puppet and has a shaggy mane and horns and the Zoltan film seems to be using an actual dog, unless there's a transformation towards the end where they'd need a puppet. This puppet seems to be almost a Japanese design, but I can't tell.
@@straker454 Yeah. I can only think of two movies with evil dogs, Zoltan, and Monster Dog, with Alice Cooper. I don't think it's that. You're right. It really does look puppet-like. You know, it might have something to do with Resident Evil. I think there are some zombie dogs in that.
@@horrorhabit8421 Undead and rotting ones. This one seems more like a demon wolf. It's so maddening because it looks really good. It also looks like it's from a 70's or 80's film of some sort. XD
@@straker454 I know. It's driving me crazy too. It could be a Jim Henson thing.
That 20/20 reporter got it wrong: Planet of the Apes was 1968 not 1966.
that first 12 was hard to watch with all the noise.
