    The main thing I noticed was how slow he does the reps. This brotha really takes his time and gets all the work in that one rep. Reminding me to focus on being patient during the workout. That lesson goes across all aspects of life. Meditate on patience. Same lesson in growing dread locks. Much respect.

    If you fix your posture , your chest will pop up and look a lot better . This kinda posture can lead to shoulder injuries.

    His shoulders are rolled forward a lot, I believe this is one of the reasons he's having chest development problems... his shoulders/tri's are definitely taking the brute of the stimulus on all his chest workouts Bc of his posture.

    Dude thatsgoodmoney your videos really motivated me to go do quick 10 min workouts of some variations of pull ups and/or push ups just for the fun of it, i could do 1 a few months ago when i started watching your videos and now i can do 10 proper good fucking pull ups all the way down, all the way up. im so proud of myself and thankful to you for motivating me, i got hooked on the way you talk to the people in an honest and relaxed way. thats what actually made these videos fun, i think i would like the most if you just posted videos of yourself doing workouts with people in more of a vlog style and let them film you doing the sets

      Im really high right now posting this, i erased the text about 5 times now trying to express myself. Im from Croatia and you impacted my life in a great way. Ive been really unmotivated to work out because i dont like going to the gym by myself, and my friends arent really motivated, so these videos got me really motivated to try a more relaxed aproach like i can do one big burn out set of push ups and pull ups on a soccer Post (Goal) when im hanging out playing soccer. The biggest problem is that i like quick workouts, otherwise i think of working out takes too long to even go to the gym. These park workout videos really made me like working out again they gave me a new aproach to it. Also i think i should walk more and not just sit all thay ugh

    Amazing video bro huge fan. Ur back is crazy looks better than most bodybuilders. Crazy lower lat development . A thing I noticed while watching ur vids is that it seems as if your shoulders r suffering from upper cross syndrome where the chest dominates the shoulder joint and pulls the shoulder forward . I’d look into that because it’s important to avoid injury because in that position the shoulder runs out of room in the ball and socket . Don’t want u to get injured!! Keep up good work man vids are awesome

      This guy has high-end steroids that complement his practicing. He is so dissproportional - narrow hips, thin legs, giant upper arms and back, but small wrists and lower arms. This is an example how practicing brought to it's extreme egde can actually look repulsive.

      @No Go I understand good genetics and dedicated practicing and nutrition, etc. but this is overwhelming, and it doesn't resemble someting that is "all natural". Like you've said, muscles that are this much shredded are a bit out of reach without a proper assistence, hm, so to speak. Anyone who's been practicing for long time knows that you can have all the important elements included in order to be in a top shape, and even with it, reaching something like this is, I think, naturally immposible. That's just my opinion.

      Yeah I think his chest is the problem if he had a bigger chest it would push his shoulders back, even his back isn't helping the problem because it's so wide

      @@SellwithDanTaylor He already has a good chest, it's just the posture. Having a bigger chest doesn't push the shoulders back, YOU push the shoulders back and thus the chest looks bigger. I also saw someone say that he doesn't do rear delts which is obviously false as you can see his rear delts are quite developed (this dude does a fuck ton of pull ups, ofc his rear delts are gonna be developed). It's just posture. No matter how big your chest is, if you were to push your shoulders forward, they will look way smaller and weirder. No matter how much push ups and bench you do, chest day ain't gonna fix bad posture. If he consciously pushed his shoulders back, he'd look much better, and over time it'll become natural and he'll look better all the time.
      Edit:
      A reason he may be doing this, is to try to make the abs look more cut and make the back look wider. Anyone who has stared in the mirror shirtless before knows that a little tiny "hunch" when flexing helps the abs look more defined and helps make the lats look wider. Just speculation, could possibly be that he's just grown up with poor posture his whole life, but I believe these reasons also play a role.

      scw2007 squeeze your shoulder blades together, shrug really hard then do close grip pull ups. Pull ups in general work traps but that depends if you know how to properly use your scapula

    I know it is not recommended but I have had result with super wide pull-ups and moving scapulas and shoulders before arms. My legs don’t touch de ground, I wait one minute before next set with the same grip.
