1st "loyalty": Trusts the traitor, gets back-stabbed in favor of enemy;
2nd "loyalty": Doesn't trust the traitor, treats them as disposable pawns and keeps them at a distance, because of course;

IE, the guys at Bud Lite moving to other companies without a problem in spite of how they destroyed a well known world wide brand with their mismanagement. They betrayed their workers, destroyed livelihoods of literally millions of people, not a single bad thing happened to them other than being the butt of jokes for 3-4 months. They have new jobs making the same money they always have.
Betrayers rarely face the problems they do in stories. Most often they just move on and nothing happens beyond a speed bump.

Not sure what those three were thinking when they left a good & stable company for a completely new one. Also, round trip trading is usually done to artificially inflate sales numbers or the company stock price, so it was short sighted of Yuji try that while the company is failing cause it will only make the company more suspicious if audited. All it will do is use up time and resources faking the trades and make it more likely to be sued for the fraudulent trading.

Later, just as Keiichi was confronted by Yuji and Yui mentioning about the DokiDoki Trading company being a scam, The three female employees confronts Yuji with the light brown female employee telling Keiichi about Yuji's mistreatment of employees by forcing them to overwork. In the end, Yuji was arrested, the three female employees bowed in front of Keiichi with the light brown haired employee apologizing for betraying him and were unworthy to be rehired. Keiichi stopped Yui from scolding them and accepted their resignation. In the end, the light brown haired woman got a new job without her reputation being spread throughout social media. The other two got new jobs. The light brown woman said to herself that she'll make it up to Keiichi for betraying him when they meet again. And the rest, Keiichi and Yui were engaged. End. And that's my rewritten version of the story.
