Fate of Yusuke and Mika : After they left the company on their own cause couldn't handle in the new company later on they tried to ask help from their families and friends but they find out what they did not just looking down on many people also judging people based on so they decided never forgive them anymore then they living in common apartment together for their life and having a job at convenience store all day as well as change their attitude.
As for Keiichi and Nagisa : After finishing their work, they started dating each other and a few months later they are getting married along with their both families and friends at work then his company going skyrocket then he promoted as the manager in his company. One year later, she got pregnant and nine months later she give birth a healthy baby girl sometime ever he decided to having a picnic in beach and make some memories for the rest of their life including family business as well.

I will never understand why people belittle those who work blue-collar jobs. But when you find someone who is doing better than you, it makes you belittle them as well in other ways. It's pathetic and sad. Everyone is out here just making a living or trying to live their lives. Their pride will definitely be their downfall in life...

The antagonists are at least honest that they can't work with Keiichi. Many would still push on, try to humiliate Keiichi more and then horribly fail and gets extra humiliation on top of that.

Im kinda glad they didnt work together. They acknowledged their wrong feelings and part of their actions but thst judt means they still have a chance to change on their own. Doesnt mean everything has to be forgotten or that you have to take care of them. Just acknowledged that its better to stay away from eachother without hate.
