So there’s no real theme in this video other than just appreciating India’s interesting geography and culture over the next 8 minutes. There are tons missing here, and some regions and topics received more attention than others. These bits of information are just things I’ve come across while learning about India, looking for more specific topics for videos on the country.

I blurred out some parts of the border on the red line map after posting because I’m an idiot and followed the undisputed border on Google Earth and then forgot to finish the map. Unfortunately that’s the most I could do as far as fixing it after posting. I didn’t mean to come across as biased or disrespectful in anyway. Just dropped the ball on that one.

If you wanna show disputed territories at least be neutral
Many international organisations show that the Indian part of Kashmir ( that is controlled by India ) is a disputed part but at the same time they show the part that was occupied by Pakistan and China as not disputed. Again in the NE part of India, a state known as Arunachal Pradesh is a part of India and always was in India and controlled by India, is claimed by China so they show it as disputed but when India claims something rightfully they don't even care. This is the bias I am talking about.

🤔 I think it's because India's History was written by the British Empire during the British rule. Over 200 hundred years ago India didn't exist. According to the British education, Britain went over there and united all these little states and called it British India. In 1947 India got their independence. Pakistan and Bangladesh was given their independence as well and a few other neighbouring countries as well. India's History is very complicated and at the same time very intriguing. 🤗🤗🤗
