Remi you did the right thing waiting for your seat at the airport. I'm sure the girl didn't hate you, she's just used to standby people coming up and demanding in a rude way (not an excuse for her being mean, but just offering another perspective). I have a family member that works for an airline and I myself flew standby because of them. He would always tell me to be super nice to the gate agent and to let them know that I was at the gate but not to put any pressure on them. That way as soon as someone doesn't show up, they know you're there to take that spot. Can't imagine how stressed you must've been waiting to see if you could make that flight to Italy! But you did awesome in that situation

As a Swiftie who saw Taylor in Tampa with an obstructed view 😂 it was great being there and I was so excited to just get tickets for my group but you don't really see any of the folklore set or anything that's up by the big screen you really only see the stuff that happens on the diamond and the end of the stage and while you see on the small screens on the side of the stage you miss all the things like the lover house, the man, and any other screen visual

Europeans must love the word "Forbidden." LOL I was at a music festival in Germany, and someone tried to come in with a water bottle, which was against the policy. But instead of being like "hey, sorry. you cant bring that in," they were shouting "DAS IST VERBOTEN" which is "That is forbidden." Ha ha. Maybe Americans are just more casual about security. But also not at the same time? Either way, damn. She sounded rude.
