Hey Alisha, If the apps don’t work for you, it’s FINE. If it doesn’t feel authentic and enjoyable for you, then I’d say drop it and just be intentional with what you desire and just be open to receiving it. Quality time for me with my husband is intentional time! We are home most evenings together, but if we’re busy doing more work, on our phones, etc. Then it’s not quality time for me. Anything that has us intentionally creating space for us and growing our relationship deeper is what I think of quality time for me! But I think it’s also really important to go out on dates and get out of the house for quality time!
i feel like quality time for me is us knowing we have a busy schedule but still finding the time to spend together and enjoying each others company doing whatever it is we love doing together. love you rem and alisha ❤

I have been with my husband for 15 years and I think it’s good to remember what constitutes quality time will always been changing with the different seasons of life and I highly suggest doesn’t putting on the schedule an activity for just the two of you like a new restaurant or movie a few weeks out is a good idea since it gives you both something to look forward to
