- so we slaughtered a hen and made the best stew ever...sometimes people say they don't like fried chicken and this video i clearly about that, for any beginner out here trying to make a perfect Sunday lunch for the family this is going to be of great help.

1. chicken seasoning cubes
2. chicken curry powder
3. black pepper
4. harambe or smoked paprika powder

Hi i tried this method and it came out nice, only thing is the chicken was a bit hard to bite into, it wasn’t soft. Any tips on how to prevent
Slow cook after adding the water, for atkeast an hr or so, that means you'll either put enough water(read much) or just keeo adding on super low heat so that the chicken absorbs more of the juices
