How to cook beef in gnuts or pasted beef stew from scratch | thecookingnurse

This is one of the most common sauces in uganda and i this video I am sharing my grandmothers recipe for pasted beef, I hope you find this video useful and that you’ll share your feedback with me when you do try out this recipe.
All you need is:
Smoked beef bse that’s the flavor base,
Ground nuts or paste
Tomatoes
Onions
And salt

Peanut butter is the finer product of pea nuts so these are ground pea nuts
