I was born and raised in SLO, and we used to go to Solvang all the time. It used to be super quaint and not so crowded. Over the years, it’s grown snd gotten more crowded. Los Olivos is also an amazing place. FYI, Hallmark was there last week filming a movie.

You Should head up to Cambria next time, it's a few hours more up the coast, but they have a Christmas Farm with the twinkly lights everywhere! It's so pretty! A central coast staple for sure. :)

Oh my goodness! When I lived in FL I had a very dear friend who lived in Orlando and I use to meet her in Daytona to do Christmas shopping. (not too much shopping there at the time). She would always bring Christmas lights and decorations for our hotel room. You remind me a lot of her!
