Dish soap and warm/hot water. That's it.
I have a bunch of dry erase markers with a small block of felt on the caps - another set of markers with small foam erasers on the caps. I wash 3 erasers at a time by placing exposed marker tips in a small ziploc bag - to prevent them from drying out during the cleaning.
Then dry the erasers in direct sunlight for a little bit.
Done!
