    Hi Gaurav, I have gone through most of your videos and loved them all. Your videos are very informative, creative with a touch of Humor. I have a suggestion, why not include videos on Powerlifting Powerbuilders regime, or even broaden your videos spectrum to include Endurance athletes fitness regime. I did bulk up to 93 Kgs, however, i lean more towards powerlifting than bodybuilding, hence i don't have that chiseled look but do have ample bulk. I would love to see the Endurance workouts, that can also be incorporated with our routine.

    Hello sir ! you have great content in your blogs and i appreciate your efforts to educate us on serious matters and other misconceptions.
    I have a doubt regarding creatine intake. i take around 3-4 gms of creatine 15 days on and 15 days off cycle. but whenever i take it my mouth go dry and pimples on my back starts appearing. why is this so? and how can i stop these problems? i drink about 3-4 litres of water and i currently weigh around 89.3kg with around 17 to 20 % body fat . my height is 6,2. i hope i have told you all possible details. i use mscletech platinum creatine.

      dushyant dadhich you don't really have to cycle creatine.. take it along with your post workout shake.. blend it together.. you may also want to get a blood work and urine analysis done to see if your body has enough creatine without taking creatine supplement. Do a pre and post creatine check.. hope this helps..

    Great Sir you have cleared the myths flying around in regards to creatine...:) And I have one question as u said you have to calculate the dosage as per your body acceptance. My question If my body accepts 5 gm of creatine per day do we require to break down the 5 gm creatine dosage in to 2 to 3 time serving in a day or we have to take it in one serving...:)

      Lol it does not matter , take it before or after it does nit matter. Plus if someone weights more than 90 kg , 3g of creatine is not enough, if you are skinny then 3 to 5 is great.

    Loading phase -
    1st week - total dose - 20 gm / day ...10 gm after waking up empty stomach with water or post workout - 10 gm
    2nd week - total dose - 10 gm / day....after waking 5 gm and post workout 5 gm
    3rd week or maintenance phase - 5 gm / day post workout
    Drink 7 to 8 litre / day if you are advance athlete..
    5 to 6 litre / day - intermediate level
    Take creatine with simple carbs / dextrose...
    If you are on ketogenic diet / high fat diet - take with allha lipoic acid 600 - 1200 mg as an insulin mimiker 💥✅
