Yeah, non-effective plug on this video since sovereigns and Moorish have no insurance. You guys would collect nada.

Everytime the state drops the charges against a Sovereign Citizens it gives them the impression that 's a win and validates their beliefs.

@slipperysloper3721 the troubles is in Australia they are clogging up our courts with their delusions, drawing out court case for months, delaying other people's cases and costing the taxpayers a fortune.
Sam sovereign citizens are validated because they are correct and not corrupted.
Sovereign citizens want all the benefits from society without any of the responsibilities.
Same with Libertarians.
100%! Absolutely what I was thinking.
Indeed. It even seems that half of them are getting government benefits like disability, Medicare, and/or food stamps.
@@nancyeaton731 Libertarians don't claim any kind of special privileges. They would have a license plate and a driver's license. If they had their way and shrank the role of government, it would apply to everyone not just them. That's the difference.
My point exactly! And then they call 911. What?!!
She’s driving an unregistered vehicle with no insurance no drivers license ! WHY WAS SHE RELEASED to drive it down the road ??
For real!!
Wondering the exact same thing 😮
Because they are too lazy to do the paper work so in this case all the sovcit stuff worked.
How did they just let her drive off like that? They’re buying in and bolstering her delusional beliefs

And they dropped the charges. Unbelievable!
I wonder what would happen if these criminals killed somebody after driving off after being stopped by an officer and let go. It’s sickening.

Funny enough, by saying she had gone to buy groceries and was trying to get them home to her kids, she admitted she was, in fact, using the public road for the purposes of commerce. Right to travel according to the Supreme Court:
The right of a citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, by horsedrawn carriage, wagon, or automobile, is not a mere privilege which may be permitted or prohibited at will, but a common right which he has under his right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Right to travel according to The Constitution of the United States:
The right to travel is a part of the "liberty" of which a citizen cannot be deprived without due process of law under the Fifth Amendment.
This is where sovcits get confused:
The 10th Amendment was ratified on December 15, 1791. It makes clear that any powers that are not specifically given to the federal government, nor withheld from the states, are reserved to those respective states, or to the people at large.
In other words, it prohibits the federal government from forcing states to pass or not pass certain legislation, or to enforce federal law. Traffic regulations in the United States are enacted and administered by the States rather than the Federal government.
Drivers must obey local and state traffic laws. Driving without a valid driver's license is a crime in all 50 states.
