Tinybones, Trinket Thief | $100 Budget Deck Tech | EDH | Commander | Jumpstart | Discard

On BudgetEDH we build fun and optimized commander decks with a budget in mind. In this week's episode we build a $100 budget Tinybones, Trinket Thief. This deck excludes the price of Tinybones as commander. Tinybones is garnering a lot of attention as a cute and fun to play commander, but in practice, this deck can be very powerful and competitive. We maxed out on the discard theme and will look to ravage our opponent's hands in the first few turns of the game. We can then take advantage of multiple discard payoff synergies in the deck, and accrue value with Tinybones draw clause. Tinybones also has a win condition stapled onto him, making winning the game easy once your opponents have no cards in hands.

Mind rake is not overloaded for 5, it is an alternate cost. So for 2 you make everyone discard. (Its only 2 bc it hits u too)

You should do Emiel, the blessed but horse tribal... so not just unicorns, but Pegasus and horses too... kinda like a life gain horse deck...

That is a ridiculous price for the card jeez. It looks like a super fun commander but still it's far from super competitive. Also I'm just worried about killing yourself from life loss I'm not entirely through the deck yet but there's a black card that says whenever you lose life put a counter on it and then remove counters to destroy stuff

@@vovojohnson4498 I wish kalamax wasn't pushed so much I feel like buffing his defense upon casting a spell would've helped him not be busted but also not die easily and it could have been cool running fork spells as protection for him to keep him from dying when blocked. I just wish people couldn't just say oops you didn't have blockers for one turn now the spell slinging deck kills you with commander damage
