I'm not a closed minded Theist as I have nothing against Atheists or unbelievers as I speak to them often to understand their reasons for unbelief but we as Christians are convinced of God's Existence due to many real factors). I'm not trying to convert anyone or convince anyone to become Christians as that's The Holy Spirit's job to help people believe but only explain why I believe in Jesus Christ. There's actually evidence of God's Existence in Christianity. First of all there's proof that Jesus of Nazareth existed in history since the writings of Tacitus, Josephus Flavius, Pliny the younger and other historical documents prove that He was living two thousand years ago that even scholars both religious and Atheists agree with historically speaking but not that He's The Divine Son of God because obviously they don't.
I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict.
Just before anyone says Christianity is a white man's religion made to oppress blacks during slavery you obviously aren't aware that the first Christians were Jews in The Middle East and that Christianity just like any religion can be used by evil and corrupt people to oppress others but you forget that the first Abolitionists/Civil Rights activists were Christians who sought to abolish slavery, racism, segregation, injustice and prejudice throughout American history. Jesus The Christ loves you enough not to give you what we all deserve which is God's Wrath by His Own Blood. Charles Darwin didn't originally come up with The Theory of Evolution over 200 years ago as it is mentioned in the writings of Ancient Greeks who believed in Demons that gave knowledge to philosophers.

I've studied evolution and abiogenesis in the past and read Darwin's " Origin of The Species" and I'm not convinced of macro Evolutionary biology whereas I accept micro Evolution like speciation and adaptation but not macro Evolution because there's no evidence of it nor clear observable examples of it where living creatures evolve into other kinds of species plus the fact that fossils don't show evidence of evolution and genetic entropy rules out evolution. The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word.
Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. As long as a person has remorse for the things they've done that they know for themselves is wrong, there is a big chance for them. And man's extremity is God's opportunity to reveal Himself.

Me too! And I have a feeling he has taken it seriously. Just pray that he doesn't continue to give in to the desires of his flesh. It's so difficult to deny them if you haven't truly given your whole heart to God. And giving in to the temptations make it very very difficult to hear God, and truly obey.
I am wrestling with it myself, and I'm trying to find my way back to God. Back to the beginning when I first met Him. But my heart has gotten hard, and complacency is setting in. I'm so scared that I'm going to die like this, but I feel stuck. And I'm starting to believe that I'm too far gone.

Hey everyone, I’m 26 years old and I have a 5 year old son. I started believing in God and reading the Bible about three weeks ago. Ray’s videos are one of the first videos I started watching about God and the Gospel and they have taught me so much. I kept thinking to myself “Man, I would love to meet Ray one day.” And then last night I came across this video which is pretty insane because Nick has been my son’s drum and piano teacher for the past year! The ESV, NKJV, and NLT translations are also very good! Stay away from The Passion Translation. Pastor Mike Winger and apologist/exNew Agee Melissa Dougherty also have excellent videos explaining why The Passion is a false, heretical "version" of Scripture. I was just like Nick. I wasn't an active Christian and living in for the world instead of our Lord for the past 12 years. For 2 weeks now I have been repenting and reading my Bible daily and going to church. I sometimes binge watch your videos cause you are a great example of how I would want to evangelise. As Christians it is our primary duty to share the gospel and you have been such an inspiration to me in that regard. God bless you and keep doing God's work 🙏

So amazing to see that Nick walked back up to Ray later and apologized to him. That is what genuine, godly contrition of the heart looks like. And the fact that he was able to make exactly the amount of money he needed that day -- it can only be God's providence. I hope Nick will genuinely turn his heart back to God and see that God has been chasing after him all this time.

I became a Christian, born again, in the 70s during the Jesus movement. The church I was attending did not have anyone helping new converts with giving them knowledge about what it all means. God revealed Himself to me and I've been with Him ever since. It was a time when there were a lot of false converts, both of my brothers included unfortunately. I haven't learned any other way than the sinner's prayer and coming to Jesus. I've learned a lot in the last few weeks since finding your channel on CZcams. Thank you for the wisdom you have and share with others so we repent of our sins and turn from them to live your way and produce fruit for Your Kingdom. This made me cry..I see the hands of God trying to reach out to this man. It made me cry cause I’ve been praying for my dad’s salvation. @@SpikeSpiegel-hk7tr If you're asking for a specific example, I don't have one since I'm not about to go digging through his content to find one (I don't hate myself enough to subject myself to hours of listening to this nitwit talk).
That being said, I know what camp he belongs to, and I know where that camp stands on things like LGBTQ rights. They are viewed as 'mentally ill' at best, and sub-humans deserving of death at worst by these people.
So no, I'm not 'trying to start trouble where there's none.' I'm pointing out that this 'compassionate' and 'loving' preacher (read as pathological liar) is part of the faction that would *purge* this country of everyone who doesn't fit their ideals in a heartbeat if given the chance.

Ray is such a blessing to this generation. An inspiration for us the church to get out of our comfort zone and be brave for the gospel. God bless him with wisdom and that he may see in life the harvest of the plenty of lost souls he faithfully preach to. We love to see the only true and biblical Gospel being preached.
I grew up in the church and went forward several times for salvation, yet I never experienced a change, until watching Christian t.v. one day. I felt Jesus hug me and give me a hunger for the Bible. With his holy spirit I was finally able to understand the Bible. No one can live a true Christian Life without the Holy Spirit. I wish you would share more about the Holy Spirit with people like this young man and pray for them to be filled with God's Spirit. I would also like to see you warn people that the enemy will come to still the seeds you are planting as the Bible says. I appreciate your ministry. Much love ❤

Is it true that the holy spirit has to draw a person to God or can anyone getsaved at anytime? It's a question I just wanted to know if there is a true answer to so I hope I don't offend anyone.
@@MyLynn1113 It's a bit of both to be honest. You can't sit down and wait for God only. You also aren't going to want to follow Jesus as your flesh is in rebellion to God and your eyes are blinded (generally speaking, I don't know you off course).
Yes people have a free will and are able to choose. But Jesus said to Peter after Peter said that Jesus is the Son of the living God, that God revealed it to him. So we need something to be revealed. So it's firstly the work of God and secondly the chosing of mankind. I guess that's the sound teaching on this point. But it's also a little mysterious in the sense that we don't comprehend the full workings of God. Hope this helps!
If you pray for Nick to be filled with God’s spirit and it happens, then has God amended his plans based on your intervention? Or was his plan all along for you to pray and for it to happen anyway? I don’t understand how praying for something works. I get praying as a sort of open line to speak to God. But I don’t understand intercessory prayer works.

Ray, you mentioned pleasure in sin and I just wanted to say that I thought of that when I was first converted, specifically about sex. But I had been trying to figure life out my way for over 50 years and only had my heart broken, used by so many others and feeling worthless. Finally, I prayed and told God I would try it His way. Since then, God has changed my heart to hate sin. I cringe physically when someone takes the Lord's name in vain. I can't seem to ever find any good entertainment anymore...it's violent, immoral and the greed is disgusting to me. My point is, if you really give God the chance to change your world and your heart, He will. It's a promise, and God keeps His promises!

Like that young man, I too looked just like that when the Holy Spirit hit me. I felt terrible for everything I did in my whole life for months. I pray for kids like him that got tricked (or chose) to love the world as I did once. I pray for all the proud minded people to humble themselves before the LORD before they die in their sins. I never understood what fear of the LORD meant before I had a relationship with Jesus but when I realized that I could have died in my sins I never been so frightened in my life! I understand where he is coming from about church. I grew up Catholic, then went Methodist after I married and now have no church home. BUT.....for the last three years have committed to reading the Bible almost everyday. Even leading mission youth trips, I didn't get the true understanding of God and Jesus until then. I totally gave my life over to Him on my own and my faith has never been stronger. I hope to find a church again, but the mainstream denominations have been a complete disappointment because they do not teach the true gospel Thank you Ray, I watch at least one of your videos a day!

Man, you gotta search and find a biblical, bible preaching church. I'm sure there are some great methodist churches out there, but I have met so many christians and ex christians who left that church and either become reformed (PCA church, Reformed baptist, URC, etc) or left the church altogether. It seems a lot of them are clouding the gospel with social issues and heavy handed be-better-and-god-will-save-you which is NOT the gospel at all.

When he said that your $20 made exactly the $75 that he needed, I lost it 😭 I have slacked a bit recently when it comes to reading my Bible daily. I'm not living in willful/ongoing sin, but I definitely find that my temper is shorter and it is easier to let a cuss word slip out in moments of frustration when I'm not "eating" the Word daily. Of all things, idk why that little tidbit at the end of this video is what brought me to Godly sorrow, but it surely did. I hit my knees and cried uncontrollably the whole time that I spoke to God. Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word.
Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. I was baptized at around 22 years old. Really wanted to get baptized cause I thought it would save me. I went through my life got married...again and had children. Lost my 1st born & my mom in 1999 and got angry and dabbled in pagan stuff because of anger, rebellion etc... Had a rough start of the new century first full decade and then the next decade I started out sad. But things slowly started coming together. I lost my kids in the first decade and my home and lost my first born baby blanket the summer of 2009 when I stayed in New York. Getting back to the beginning of the last decade my kids were back home and I slowly started getting things back into my life. I met my neighbor and would go over his house and talk about God and the Bible & I loved those conversations. I believed in Christ Jesus that he died for our sins and rose up on the 3rd day but the most "IMPORTANT" part was I never was taught about God's Mercy & The Gift of Grace that Jesus Christ done for us on the Cross ✝️ and that is sooooooo important. People neeeeeeed to know that part, be explained it in elementary terms cause I didn't understand it even when my neighbor tried to explain it over and over again. I came to be more interested in God (The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob) near the 2018 into 2019 and I decided I thar I was going to start to pray 🙏🏻 to God every night no matter what in 2017? Maybe earlier or later. But I felt him moving in my life. Especially in 2019. I had/have trust issues with just anyone teaching the Gospel so I wanted God to lead me to someone on CZcams that was teaching prophetic teachings and I found one that I trusted and I will never forget when he was teaching something on what Jesus done on the Cross ✝️ and how we sinners are saved by Grace through what Jesus Christ done and I was blown away! I thought I was doomed to he'll for decades Especially when my 1st born was diagnosed with the brain tumor & terminal. I didn't realize it then...but God got me through all of that & the sorrow. He got me through everything, I was so broken. My son's love me again. I'm still learning and I still pray every night before sleep. I get so nervous even now. I wish I was poetic like David was & that I could Praise God like he deserves to be praised but I talk about things and pray for people & I give thanks. I know I need to pray more. I love God & Jesus Christ with all my heart, mind & soul. ♡♡♡

I was baptized on August 6 at the age of 22 this year! 😊 amazing testimony. It’s crazy how our lord and savior works and it’s amazing how he saved you. Just remember that God wouldn’t let you go through something you wouldn’t be able to handle and once you go through those hardships he promises to be there with you during your trials and never forsake you. When you go through them with him you will come out stronger and that’s the case with you from what I read. It’s just amazing even though we are going through something he still says he will take the burdens and help us through it. Only God knows why stuff happens in our life but he wouldn’t let us go through stuff for no reason and something we wouldn’t be able to handle. I’m sorry for your loss I can’t imagine that, it’s good to see your doing well now. One day you will be with your baby again 💙 it’s a reassurance because Jesus is taking care of the babies who people lost in heaven and they are being so loved.

Maybe he will return to the Lord! When I was younger and in sin I happened to meet a girl in YWAM that was sweet and gentle and asking me questions that made me cringe too. Not long after that the Lord called me back to Himself, but I needed to let the sinful relationship go… it took some time but I did… and wow, not long after that I met my husband. That was 25 years ago and I’m in awe of this humble and kind man of God that the Lord gave me. I am in tears just thinking about it. Thank You, Lord!

I've watched hundreds of these videos by Ray, but for some reason, I feel this video was so incredibly impactful in a different way. We get angry at God when life doesn’t go our way. The road to faith takes a lot of work. Many don’t want to put in the time to understand Jesus and read his words.
When I learned His was are higher and really put my trust in Him I learned how not to be overly concerned with my wants and ways. It’s extremely exciting to see what He is going to next for us

The problem with people is that they think they aren't worthy of hell, they don't think of the things they've done that have affected people in negative ways and make society a living hell for others. The selfish things you think, say, and do affect other people even if you forget that you did those things. You're not as good of a person as you think you are. In fact if you just spend some time thinking of your past, you'll realize that you're actually pretty bad and if you were in heaven, it wouldn't be heaven.

One thing that should be added to the Gospel message , is that when a person repents and turns, he won't be perfect. That we will continue to sin and repent for the rest of our lives, but we are always covered by the blood of Christ. Thats good news
