"Rinne" is about a serial killer who films his victims with a 8mm camera in the belief he can capture on film the moment their souls leave their bodies. Come to think of it i enjoyed the film it was based on too, "Reincarnation". Happy teatime fun for all.😁

Great reaction. When she sings "What do you live for. Why?" - Kanami's solo answers that question very well. Thanks for continuing to react to Band-Maid. This song is around 215 BPM and "Black Hole" is 220 BPM. "Heavy is a relative description, these songs are both fast and heavy, but I won't call them metal.
Black Hole is dead djent without the silly roaring vikings.

I was in my teens when we had the "British Invasion" which changed rock. Now in my retirement years comes the "Japanese Invasion". May it do the same as the British one and reinvigorate rock music.

Those last lyrics , its sink or swim , Shut Up , was Miku`s answer to people who were saying they were getting to poppy sounding , Miku was basicly saying , its our music we will sink or swim with it so Shut Up , Miku`s a fisty Small Pigeon , yes Get Down the Pigeon hole .
Akane is going double pedal crazy! This song is for sure one of Band-Maid's heaviest songs. The "Shut Up" at the end was commenting to those that accused them of going to "Poppy", In your Face! Semper Fi, btw!

Yeah Black Hole is the most hectic song from Band-Maid. Moratorium has one of their heaviest breakdowns.

If Band-Maid isn't ripping your face off (Rinne, No God, Black Hole), they're soothing your soul (Manners, Daydreaming, Memorable). Their music does what great music is supposed to do... move you, if only for a moment, into another realm. What more could you ask for from a Band of incredible Maids?! Band Maid uses hard, thrashy heavy metal musical devices in their songs, but they don’t do it in the same context as bands that rely on hard metal to communicate the angry, violent, “struggle and pain” messages.
For fans of the sounds and energy, I always recommend “Rinne.”
“Shambles” also brings the heavy riff. But for what it’s worth, the interlude/solo section of “Moratorium” is my personal favorite. It’s unexpected, like the breakdown in “Domination,” but even more powerful. Mincho’s solo is a thing of beauty; something Jerry Cantrell would love to have written 🤘🏽
For me Rinne is in the running with Black Hole, Different, Screaming and Warning! for heaviest song. I got those four at the Nashville show in May 23. No Rinne though.😢
There are songs i would consider "heavier," but they didnt always get a music video. You'll like "Afterlife" though.

It's about COVID and then overcoming COVID only to be disappointed when they couldn't play Buddocan. Live action Maids are dejected but Saiki gets them going and we see Masters and Princesses watching the Maids in their phones, computer monitors and TV's. Then we see the Mighty Miku doing a battle yell and the Maids kill COVID and appear triumphant on a Mesa with 5 exclamation marks!!!!!
