Going straight down the wave is pretty much like when Snowboarding came up and we were able to ride in powder. It's so great to watch you guys enjoying it and sharing the stoke🤙

We're having similar big waves in Portugal this time of the year, but finding good exits through the shorebreak waves is the key for wingfoiling!! Seems like Gwen has it dialed!! 00:00-00:06 😱 I think you need to make a video on that move he pulled off in the first 6 seconds of this video

That jetty is awesome. We have a jetty in Chicago at Montrose beach and it’s fun to sneak out right past the point and catch a few, albeit much smaller and much choppier.

Right at the wrist for Gwen. When it's big everything goes. I broke my board leash and wing leash that day! lost it all. :) So worth it!
Any thoughts on how to get safely into the beach with decent size surf. Lets say you are foiling out back, behind a solid size swell and the wind drops, what is best way to paddle back in through surf? Plenty of videos about getting out through swell but not seen any regarding how to get back in. The usual entry exit point is via shelthered harbour but lets assume that option is too far away to paddle, Be a fun video for you guys to make 😱

I don't wingfoil. But I skate, surf, sail, motocross and windsurf. I love the direct contact with the soil or water. Is wingfoiling w/out a foil possible?
It is, but you need tons of wind and is much much harder. Not really ideal! The foil is key!
I'm coming down February and March and was planning to bring a windsurf foil for the inside, but now wondering if I should bring my fin set up instead. How often are there 15+ knot winds there?
Only when the cold fronts come all the way though. Usually once a week if it works out.... Sometimes more but that's a good estimate.....
