Thanks for the video, Damien. One part that I'm very interested in learning and I think you left out is the very beginning when you're about to get out and need to climb on the board and go against the waves and white water. The other is how to recover once you fall inside the break zone. Great video either way, very helpful to see what's happening from the beach while you are talking through it. 🙂

Thanks guys - just what the doctor ordered! Never even considered foil height 🤯 Something new to work on… 😎 Wonder if a 95 mast is a little long for my early attempts - have been keeping the foil deep to avoid breaching when catching the lift… 🤦🏼♂️

Today was the first time in big swell for me, too be honest overpowered, but now I understand that lift from the swell, I kept breaching and wondered why, now I understand. Another great video. Thanks guys. Be nice if you mentioned conditions and equipment used in the description for reference.
