How we lived and survived before that: -3 couples renting 1 house.
-Each time we were broke we went back to live with our boomer parents.
-We got credit card debt for a few years.
Now i try to keep meals at $1 each. Usually its at least $3 each serve.

Hi thanks for making these vids. This is how 2 gen x got married, bought a house for 130k, a new car for 35k and had 4 kids on 1 income for the past 14years : moved to the desert.

A house for 130k is unheard of where i'm from lol unfortunately no where in NY can you find a price like that unless you're just buying land. Jersey and Philly are slightly cheaper but still not finding 130k sheesh. Glad you made it out nice to see that there is hope and someone is doing it.
