Very reasonable and understandable sequence but one point creating confusion. Bhramari should be done before Anulom-vilom because Anulom-vilom is the most pacifying pranayam

Wonderful Explanation and correct sequence of all 10 Pranayamas, It is requested to make a guided video with audio timer/counting sequence with actual practice, duration of 40-60 minutes to practice with guided voice and closed eyes, since its more effective with closed eyes, such type of video is not available on youtube

Agnisar is a kriya ( cleansing Technique) you can add
Every expert advice to do meditation in bahram muhurat which is always before 5AM. If we will do asan and pranayam before meditation then we have to start by 3 am which is not possible for everyone. Please clarify the sequence

Mam main pranayam karte somoy round maintain na karu to keya hoga??main time thik rakhne keliye alarm de kar ke karta hoon Aur lamba 10-15minute kar leta hoon. Aur sorir main kam kitne din main suru hoga pranayam ka effect. Please bataye mera dimag bilkul kam nehi kar raha hain. Agar kam nehi huya to mujhe suiside karna padega.
