In electronics, an optocoupler, also called an opto-isolator, photocoupler, or optical isolator, is a component that transfers electrical signals between two isolated circuits by using light. Optocoupler prevent high voltages from affecting the system receiving the signal. Commercially available optocoupler withstand input-to-output voltages up to 10 kV and voltage transients with speeds up to 25 kV/μs.
Hope you all can learn something from it.

Funny that more than half of the video's script was exactly the same as the wikipedia article on optocouplers. Word for Word. see for yourself: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opto-isolator
In circuit board when you connect the anode and cathode to the left side of the optocoupler and the led with the transistor all in left side ,what are you going to connect to the right side of the optocoupler?
Thank
What's with the narration of this video? It totally sounds like it's a synthesized voice. It reads exactly what's in the text, including the incorrect grammer, yet pronounces the component parts correctly.
really nigga??
what is this narrator doing???
