- Originating in the 1960s as a street hawker at Hokkien Street, the 60-year-old stall offers authentic Hokkien-style Bak Kut Teh. Helmed by the 2nd generation owner, 73-year-old Mr Toh keeps close to the recipe passed down to him. The stall was made a Michelin Bib Gourmand winner for 4 years from 2016 to 2019.
Its Bak Kut Teh is characterised by a dark, rich soup packed with mild herbal flavour. Other than pork ribs, the stall also offers a host of braised pig trotters, pig’s tail, offal, side dishes as well as steamed fish.

Wow, look so yummy! There're few Bak But Teh in Phnom Penh, I will try sometime, thanks for sharing
Hope you enjoy. There are 2 main types, the hokkien and the Teochew. This is the hokkien style which is in darker soya sauce color.
In this video, Boss of Beng Thin - Authentic Fujian Cuisine since 1949 was interviewed, mentioned he came here 4 to 5 time per week!!
