      Same concept as a diaper genie put spiked diapers into the container er give a twist each is sealed In deodorant wrapper. No smell no issues with dogs getting into the genie!! When the grin ie was full you give a twist to cut the wrap and dump like a bunch of sausage links no smell worked so well for 29 years it was a the gift I always gave with several cartridge inserts and a box of diapers…

    If they ever incorporate optional side walls that fit over the padded area and maybe an optional post that could attach to one of the side walls but hover just over the pad, for male dog urination . . . then I would likely buy . . . but till then; no sale. Too bad, would be great with those modifications &/or options available.

    How about big babies like Great Danes? Does it come in different sizes? Cause you'll have just shown tea cup sized dogs.. It's great design but there's no mention of the time it would take to dry solid waste.. So from all perspective of this item is only good for tea cup and small dogs.. Not for Gentle Giants like Great Danes and other near about sized ones.

      Angel: BrilliantPad is designed for dogs and puppies 25 pounds or less. Although dogs up to 40 pounds can use BrilliantPad depending on the space they need for their potty-circle. I think a Great Dane would find the 24x23 pad area too small for their needs. If and when we come out with a large version of the product, we will let you know.

      We would definitely love to have this system for large dogs to keep in the garage during hurricane season in Florida! If you made a big one, we would buy it because for some reason our dogs will not go in the Kiddy pool with grass in it. They still will not use it and we need an alternative during Storm season.

      @BrilliantPad  Před 5 lety

      We believe it is very important to take your dog outside regularly to exercise and socialize. Some dogs go potty often and many people use pads so their dog won’t get uncomfortable holding it in when they are at work, stuck in traffic, asleep in the middle of the night. This is especially true for elderly, sick and disabled pet parents or anyone with mobility limitations.

    Doesn't look great for environment throwing that huge roller

    Clearly, this product hasn't been designed for a dog who impulsively digs and shreds the potty pads before using them. I imagine they won't be able to fix it when the roll is no longer in one piece.

    Knowing my male chihuahua, he would piss on the outside , side part of it , first by marking it, since he loves to MARK everything that little brat! yes he's neutered he's 9 and yes I've taken him to the vet he is healthy, he just PISSES A LOT so much I' call him, Sr.Shitalot! So, I'm wondering if this would actually work? I'm so sick and tired during long Canadian winters that they don't like the cold and pads! are so friggen expensive plus they use a lot of them. I have two chihuahuas and winter time, believe me they hate going outside.when it's not freezing temps -20C to -40C, my male chi will go out with booties and coat, but the female one who is smaller, no way in hell I'll make her go out, she just won't do it. (rescue, she has issues) so overall, it's not about laziness like someone mentioned and not about Not walking them cause I DO! even so, I'm using about 15 pads a DAY! add 8 during night, yes they do their business also sometime at night, so one pad alone isn't enough I have to put around five pads together side by side cause they don't like peeing on A pad but several pads together. My female one who has (Issues due to mistreatment by previous owner) she doesn't pee in the middle of the pad , most time, lucky if she does, more often she goes on the edge! I'm so frustrated cause my floor is getting damaged of the constant cleaning of it. When is summer arriving? :( So, I'm wondering how effective this would be? and if it will be a lot more expensive on the rolls than the amount I'm already buying about every two weeks, box of 100 pads @ $20.00CAN .

      Same situation here. 3 chihuahuas, cold winters in Ohio. We have a doggy door but if it's rainy or snowy they think twice about going outside. Plus, with a toddler and twins on the way the last thing I want to be doing is changing wee pads throughout the day. Like other commenters, I'm thinking my boys would end up missing or marking the sides of the device. Wish it had sides or something. Wondering how a roll of pads compares to the amount of wee pads I'd run through, price-wise.

      We understand the concern. Heavy users tell us that our pads are more absorbent, can be used multiple times and can be advanced in full or part as needed. So, many folks end up saving money with our rolls vs. regular pads, dog sitters, etc.

    This is such an enviromental waste. Pads are not biodegradable and if they say they are thinner than normal pads people use that's still a waste cuz more square feet of pad is used.

    • @alanjcook
      @alanjcook Před 2 měsíci

      Your math doesn't compute. BrilliantPad is more absorbent than regular pads and each section of exposed pad can be used multiple times. Plus you can advance the BrilliantPad roll as needed, and BrilliantPad users typically use less with BrilliantPad than regular puppy pads.
