After I received the box I had to work with Customer service in order to get a new one, which was kind of a fight (mostly I think due to language and them making sure that if they send new, it is worth it, since shipping is expensive)
The box so far works for the first 2 weeks I have it. It does everything I expected and is fully according to what is said. I got 2 cats and the garbage takes 7-8 days. I random top up litter from time to time.
It clean after set time, and does it well. It dumps it nicely into the bin and the whole functioning of the machine is as said.
For smell, it is an open box, so it does smell, but I have it in a back room and I never had a box (even closed) that does not smell if the cats went very smelly.
When it is in the container, I do not smell it in the room, it is not a big room. when you open container, you can..... so container seals properly and seems to contain the smell properly (with 1 bag, they say use 2 to seal more smell).
I also directly ordered extra parts and they mentioned to me it was ready for pickup when i did not receive a message that it was there, so they follow up also properly and keep track of your shipments vigorously.
I honestly have to say that the product for me is exactly what they sell and it performs in all expectations set and to an extend even better. Customer service is a trick, just be short, clear and to the point, there is a barrier.... be patient, they really try to help you as long as they know what you want, that is why, be short, be clear and be to the point.
I am a very happy customer so far and will update here on if it still works or when it fails.

small sidenote, the app seems to not always work well with certain settings (for me the amount of leveling, it always does 5 and on 2 it does 6, but that is fine, it levels, but would love to see a fix at one point :) )
One other thing, I have wet cloths pack with the machine, so I can clean of the areas of the box as I use clay litter and it leaves marks here and there, but nothing that a quick wipe with the cloths won't clear up.
The lid of the plastic does not always function. Which of course means the mess gets dumped on top of the outside of the plastic container making a horrible mess.
The waste cover lid does not auto open or close anymore... how to fix?

Stuoid popur do not but that shit on top its always disconnect in my home everything is connect ge8 ~ but that crap always disconnect and I have to go pouch the bottom on the back side every fuck n time bad design any way is a copy do your home work and you see
Waaaay to small and awkward to get in out off. It's a shame bc the design part would've been a small adjustment when compared to the overall development.
Hi Shu Doo, thanks for your comment. In the video it is used by a male Maine Coon who is one of the largest breeds. The size of the cuboid tray is 24 inch by diagonal and it fits most cats. Though it may not be comparable to extra-large traditional litter boxes, Popur is outfitted with probably the largest space among all automatic options. i have a 16 lb cat who could use this quite comfortably. it isn't small at all.
Looks smaller than it really is! It works really well with my cats and I have a Maine Coon mix. My cats love that the box is always clean!!
