Don't trust the cardboard bin. They should never have released the product with the cardboard bin. It's awful. And their suggestion for order control is to double or triple the trash bags in the bin. But (at least with the cardboard) half the issue is the bin doesn't close correctly and leaves the shit exposed to the air. After a few days both the bin and the house smell like rotting cat shit. I had to take the bin and the littler box outside so I could de-stink my house.

I hate this litter box. I upgraded to the plastic waste bin (I mean, are we kidding with cardboard or what?) and I still hate it. Now, after a few years of use, the motor on the little door that opens to the waste bin has died or something so it just makes weird noises and doesn't open. The litter box thinks the bin is full. It's not. It also frequently disconnects from the waste bin and I have to redo the wifi for it all the time. The app never connects. I will never buy one of these again. I bought a new Litter Robot to replace this stupid thing. I have 2 other Litter Robots and they're much easier to deal with and rarely have issues.

Bought one off Amazon and let me just say I'm still floored I seemed to pick the right automatic cleaning box. It's been a God send!!! Thank you popur designers!!!

At 3:18 one of the clumps falls on the floor instead of into the bin. How often does this happen?

After four months 1) waste container no longer opens, and 2) rake won't dump poop into container (that no longer opens automatically !) 😤😡😡

This is not lightweight litter being used in video, if your machine requires lightweight as directions indicate then your demonstration should be accurate.

Why does it keep raking even though a cat is inside the litter box? Why not detect if a cat is inside the box and pause the cycle for like 5 minutes or something?

how do you take off the fence?

This is a clunky and heavy. I don't think the setup is intuitive or clear. It's hard for me to believe that permanent liner is going to stay clean and not smell after a month without being discarded.

Has someone dismantled one? The filter on mine doesn’t go to full extend mode to discharge the clumps in the rear bin…

I’m still confused about what curious cat mode does? I have the machine and toggling it on and off I don’t notice a difference.

How are you getting the gate to that point to remove? Damn. I like this device but needs Improvement. A lot of money for some interesting issues.

After I received the box I had to work with Customer service in order to get a new one, which was kind of a fight (mostly I think due to language and them making sure that if they send new, it is worth it, since shipping is expensive) The box so far works for the first 2 weeks I have it. It does everything I expected and is fully according to what is said. I got 2 cats and the garbage takes 7-8 days. I random top up litter from time to time. It clean after set time, and does it well. It dumps it nicely into the bin and the whole functioning of the machine is as said. For smell, it is an open box, so it does smell, but I have it in a back room and I never had a box (even closed) that does not smell if the cats went very smelly. When it is in the container, I do not smell it in the room, it is not a big room. when you open container, you can..... so container seals properly and seems to contain the smell properly (with 1 bag, they say use 2 to seal more smell). I also directly ordered extra parts and they mentioned to me it was ready for pickup when i did not receive a message that it was there, so they follow up also properly and keep track of your shipments vigorously. I honestly have to say that the product for me is exactly what they sell and it performs in all expectations set and to an extend even better. Customer service is a trick, just be short, clear and to the point, there is a barrier.... be patient, they really try to help you as long as they know what you want, that is why, be short, be clear and be to the point. I am a very happy customer so far and will update here on if it still works or when it fails.

The lid of the plastic does not always function. Which of course means the mess gets dumped on top of the outside of the plastic container making a horrible mess.

But how do you take off the rake to take out the liner?

I purchased one and I will say this about the item. WHEN it stays connected to the wifi it works great but it refuses to stay connected to mine so I manually need to push the button a few times a day. Not what I made the purchase for but it's too late to return item. Customer service just tells me to reinstall and connect or make up a new account and I refuse to create new emails when it won't stay connected and no upgrade or bug fixes have been done to their app.

Love it but the rakes get so dirty and you can't hide it! So incredibly hard to clean them and everyone gets to see the poo smears on them cause it's so open. I'm just keeping it because I have one cat of my 5 cats that refuse every other box. LOL

This litterbox is trash. My cat is constantly pushing himself against the poo covered grate that sifts the litter, and so I've come here to figure out how to clean it, and you're telling me I need to empty it of litter, pull out dirty plugs, use tools to unscrew it, and then I can finally clean it? This is a daily cleaning issue. Between this and the fact that litter goes EVERYWHERE on my floor, I have had to do more clean up (And my house feels less sanitary!), than when I had to scoop litter with a traditional box. Oh and our app doesn't connect to our machine.

This is the best litter box ever. I have 3 Maine Coons and they love it. It is very quiet too. It was hard for me to bend over and clean their boxes twice a day. But this box really helped a lot . I am 80 years old and if I can set it up anyone can do it. I just watched utube on how to set it up and that made it easy. Once you register it with your phone it just keeps on working. I love it.❤😊

Why not just make this out of plastic and include it in the box? It’s ridiculous to use cardboard.
