    Sure, it was a risky keep but, like you said, it wasn't too far-fetched to expect to get that one elusive land early on. I think we've all been in that sort of position where we keep a risky hand to see if we can make it work. It's part of the game.

      However I do like that more diversity is being introduced in the game. MtG has had gender neutral oracle texts for years (using "they" to refer to third person), and LGBTQ+ characters have existed for quite some years too.

      @@unimaginative_artist most older games have had straight white males as protagonists. Guess what, they had a race: Caucasian or Nordic. Guess what, they had a sexual orientation: straight. Guess what, they even had a gender: cis male.
      You just did not notice because that's what is normal for you. Because you could relate to that.
      All other kinds of people, of other races, sexual orientation, gender, could not really relate.
      There are other games with loads of character customization, sure.
      And now there are more and more games where the protagonist(s) differ from what you are. There might be female protagonists, gay protagonists, black protagonists, whatever. Other people can relate with these characters way more. You a bit less, I guess.
      Why do you care? You can still play the games. Isn't the game itself that is so important to you?
      Or are you now going to be political and say that you necessarily want the protagonist to be a white straight male?

    In game 1, Dylan could not have actually won on that turn because brallin requires you to discard 1 card to deal one damage. He would essentially have to discard 33+32+38=103 cards to bring everyone to 0 life points. That is obviously impossible because deck size is 100 and he clearly doesn’t even have 100 left. And the argument could be made that he could have a shuffled such as an eldrazi but there are no shufflers in the decklist. So was this an oversight because based on what I see here he couldn’t have won on this turn.

    • @Guerte
      @Guerte Před 4 lety
