"If your from the Carolinas your all set" that had me dying 😂
Alex Hanbury what time did he say that?
ZachManZ71 he said it at the begining when he was talking about the torsion keys.
Alex Hanbury ok thx!
Nice . Changed the whole look of that truck
you guys really put up some awesome videos thank you for the entertainment
Such a huge difference nice 👍🏽
nothing but amazing videos customoffsets. i watch your videos every day and everone of them . later
will this upper control arm work for a 2000 on 2.5 to 3inch leveling kit??
How much of difference do your feel for ride quality on this and is there something else then blocks you can put in the rear end
How much can you crank on the factory keys on these models?
I put this lift on my 2016 gmc, I did everything right but the back end still sits higher than the front end. Not a ton but I can tell just by looking. Is this pretty normal?
Have you installed this lift with the new N3 shocks from RC? And are they better than the No2's that only lasted four months? Love the look, love the price, just would like to love the durability and reliability. As always great videos!!
Not yet!
I have a 2017 3500, with this same level left can I still haul a 5th wheel/ bumper pull same weight or the blocks in the back can't take it?
Can pull the same amount as factory with a level lift
I have a video suggestion....... how about doing a vid for what size rim, tire, and offset fits WITHOUT trimming, from lock to lock at full travel compressed.
Not everyone has a pavement princess and some want to actually play in the mud. cutting up metal and plastic leaves voids for salt and dirt to hide and eventually destroy the truck.
since rims come in a few standard offsets, you bolt up some with different sized tires before putting springs or torsion bars on to show full travel. This is probably geared more towards the GM trucks.
Custom Offsets trust me I have been!!! Lol
But some of them would rip off fenders on anything more then a speed bump. just would be nice to see how a 9" wheel with a 37x13.50 fits a 6.5" lift with no rubbing at any travel or turning
What does that kit cost and how much to put on
How much did this run because that's the some setup I'm going to see about getting through you guys if the price is right... same rims and tires just with a -24 offset
Custom Offsets prechiate that👍
I can't find that specific level lift on the site. I have a 2012 chevy 2500 and looking to fit 33x12's. Needing help
What did you end up going with. Trying to do this myself
what wee the tools needed
Do you need to get an alignment after replacing your upper control arms for like a kryptonite stage 3 level
You should get one anytime you mess with suspension components.
I had a guy with 25 yrs experience
Install this kit on the front of my 2500 just to level it
When I drive on a road with multiple small pot holes It sounds like something is loose in the front suspension It didn’t do it before and there’s is 6k mi on it.
Is that normal And do you know what’s making that sound. I’m trying to do some research before I take it back
It shouldn't feel like, or sound like that! I'd suggest taking it back!
GET IT OFF YOUR TRUCK ASAP. It's an over stretched leveling kit. Either go to a smaller leveling kit up front or buy a real lift. You're probably smacking the upper control arms on the droop stops, which are in place to keep your ball joints from being over extended and with the replacement arms in this kit you have too much down travel for the lower ball joints and tie rods, they're going to wear out extremely fast. I hope you don't get injured or killed when they do wear out and come apart.
Drew w thx for your input He only raised the front 2.5 “ plenty of room under UCA The noise was coming from the steering box. With the wider tires hitting the small bumps at slow speed what is causing the steering to move left and right It would also
Make the noise sitting still and moving the steering wheel left and right quickly. The HD still has the mechanical steering box.
My nephew has a 1500 with the Electric steering And his doesn’t make noise
How is the ride after installing this kit? Thinking about ordering it but I've heard the torsion key lift/level kits make them ride terrible
I had a 2013 2500 Denali HD on the same exact kit. MAKE SURE that the front end is 27" from center hub to bottom fender. It'll ride kinda rough
No more than 27,75" according to RC specs
What are your thoughts on plasti dipping wheels during the winter months to protect them from corrosion? Just a thought.
Custom Offsets thanks for that quick response. Keep up the awesome videos! I can't get enough of them!
Jordan Wilson Vaseline is all you need
What size tires is that truck running
33x12.5's David!
How much does it affect the ride quality?
It'll ride close to stock K F !
@@CustomOffsetsTV Just had it installed on my 18 GMC 2500hd. Very close to factory ride
Is the installation the same on a silverado 1500?
No, on a 1500 you have coilovers in the front I do believe... I think it's easier on a 1500
So a 400$ Lift and 600$ worth of labor ?
Jack Heinrich I've seen 1k lifts with anywhere from 1200 to 1600 on labor, everyone has a different situation. if you want it done right you gotta pay to play. Or do it yourself.
Yeah I think that’s fucking stupid!!
