- A eventful day on the farm - our horse farrier comes to the farm and helps get Dukes hooves all ready for California - totally satisfying! Nally gets trimmed as well. Pigs get out and it's a rodeo as we try to catch them!

Headline had me worried! Never a dull moment on a farm there always seems to be something needing done. Enjoy watching the skills of a farrier.
Love watching you all trying to catch the pig, it was hilarious, he's a slippery little rascal
As always, I love your video, especially chasing the pig. Also, I'm asking for prayers for our family. I would much rather keep the details private but I don't know how to do that. I'm on Facebook. I would be so grateful if prayed for us. Thank you and God bless
Dianna you will be for sure added to our prayers!!!
Barter system. In the near future we all maybe doing this.
Nothing more satisfying than watching a good hoof trim. The hooves are looking great 👍🏻
You got that right!
Fun to watch Ray work and all the tricks he’s learned with experience. The pig wasn’t going without putting up a little chase! Not too many can say they got kicked in the eye by a pig! A story to tell the kids and grandkids 😃
ha ha true!
❤ I'm glad to see the horse hooves healed.
I've said it before the Barter System on a farm works better than $$ in many cases. Those pigs will feed his family a lot more than any cash payment would have done for the farrier work. 💘 🐎 🐐 🐑 🐂 🐔 🇺🇸
God Bless You and your family
We love watching farriers work! Awesome slow mo shots! So relaxing lol and of corse, the rodeo at the end! Haha hats off to your son for roping him! 🐷
Also! I saw your last comment but I know you guys always get plenty of them per video. I do have a channel but more focused on home making and sharing my faith with the Lord. I’m still fairly new so it’s a slow start but a start nonetheless lol. My husband and I have horses (2) so one day we’ll have to video riding together!
God bless!
Prayers Dianne
Loved watching you all trying to catch the last pig 🐖
😁
You lighten my day! 😊 Feetsies look GREAT!! Navajo is tough, but you have more exposure to that up there. You might not learn alot, but simple stuff. And there isn't nothing wrong with a little pig chase 🤣 I hope Bryson is OK though 🩹
He is ok - thx
God bless you from Michigan ❤️
That escapade with the runaway piglet really made me giggle. That little oinker was sure giving you guys the runaround. Great roping skills to get that little bugger, Bryce!
The green colour is copper oxide which is lethal to fungi. If he is moving to California the dry should help.
Ray did a great job on the horses and that rope on the legs is a good idea! Pig rodeo!
We use pine-sol for thrush when we catch it in the early stages on all our stabled horses. Koppertox for if we get a really bad case that comes in. But that’s pretty rare in these high desert areas. Glad he’s healing up so well.
LOL! I'm rooting for the piggy---GO PIG, GO!!!
Wow be so careful don't need anyone hurt
I love the way Duke is standing after his hooves are done. It looks like he's proud of his pedicure. Almost ballet-position like. So adorable!
Love your new intro. Good video. God bless ❤.
That's some slippery bacon. 🥓 Another kewl video.. Thanks.
Lol
hahahahahahaha 🤣🤣
hope he is ok
He’s good thank you!
I was chancing that pig right with you. Team work to you all.
ha ha thats awesome!
Navajo don't age. I think it's what we eat. Love watching your videos.
fried bread? 🙂
Great Video once again!!! 🤗♥️🙏🏼
Thank you 🤗
I absolutely loved the pig wrangling. I also loved the slow motion on the hoof trimming. Your channel is awesome!!!
Thx!!!

That was so funny about the pig I'm running around
ya kind of crazy i couldnt believe it g\kicked Bryson in the eye!
That pig is cute and clever. I hope he becomes a pet.
Nizhoni! Beautiful
Hillarious!
so that is how ya get lean bacon is it chase them around the yard lol pigs sure can be sneaky and fast
I always used the Scotch Hobble when working with young horses. Actually read about it and learned from an old horse training book.
I always used bleach and water in a spray bottle for thrush pockets , it also works good.
The pig chase was awesome!
Hilarious Thanks for the show, Laugh
Nicely done Ray👍
Good luck Duke🤠.
Jo Jo
This was so funny!
Wow 37 in Northern NY
wow!
Those black hooves are really hard.
What a great video. Can't find this anywhere else.
Wow, thanks!
He should like it.. I apsultly Love my Cody James rasp...they do come in fine medium and corse rasps... corse is meant more for draft horse's..but I have no trouble using either and using the finer side of a standard rasp to smooth or finish up work...
Cool sound effects!
I loved the greased pig rodeo, you should do that more often only at the fair grounds for prizes.
I think they need some practices before the fair grounds. 🤣😂🤣
@@triciaacevedo3582 I agree..... MORE practice !!!!! 🙂 but I enjoyed watching it :-
Greetings and thank you for your generous vlog.
Note to the editor, Vickie I think. I enjoyed the bit of music with the classical guitar. Guitar music, maybe Spanish? seems just right with the horses, somehow. CH.
Oh thank you!
Exciting day! I enjoyed it! Glad no one was hurt.
That was funny
🤗❤
great video guys well done
Great show I am still tickled over the roping of the pig. Love yahs
50/50 bleach water works for thrush too... 😉
Good to know!
Alan, I've noticed that you are quite the genius at barttering and swapping. It seems like everyone wins when you make a deal.
thx!
your welcome
A friend of mine turned me on to that copper fox it took care of my toenail fungus in one application .I washed andntrimmed my feet an nails and she painted my toe nails with that stuff in 6 months hit was cured.
wow!
That’s what you call fast food.😂
Wow...10 degrees in Arizona, and 40 degrees in Ohio?? What's up with that?
crazy
about 90F UP in CA That horse will be in temp shock when he arrives here!!!!!
Tell Ray to look up. The ladies want to see his face.
🌟Cool video you should have Blake to go rope the pigs 🤣 nice horse
The Navajo’s are a great people, they certainly don’t waste words. I am a mix of Norwegian and Creek from the great state of Georgia. I do respect all men. Always watching from Panama City Florida, USA. 🇺🇸
Ray are you ok after the pig kicked you in the eye?You do an awesome job of trimming Alan's ponies, their hooves always look really good
It was our son that got kicked but he’s ok
ok and he got kicked by a little pig, glad that Blake is ok
Oh I can SMELL your tackroom !!!!!!!!!
First time of hearing about thrush in horse's feet...... Human babies yes - horses no.... TY for the Knowledge......
A cryptorchid ,horse with one testicle still in side the body cavity, is NOT a gelding. He still a stud, with all the problems and DANGERS of a stud. He may not be able to father foals but that dose not mean he will stop trying. No matter how gentle his hormones with still be number one in his mind. Your very own experience has shown you this.
the vet thought maybe he had a surgery years ago - and they could only find one and then the one dropped later in life - so we didnt know until now that he probably still has one. hope that makes sense. Alan could explain better than me
Vicky
So fun!
"In a pigs eye"
Lekker man lekker 🇿🇦
🤣🤣💙💙
I started out brownie that way
that's awesome!
In one of your videos, you were transplanting wild asparagus. How did that turn out?
it died. bummer
I just read how to do it. Dig around the plant in a wide circle. Wild asparagus has a long root system and you need to get most if not all of them. Then dig a large hole, put in compost and fertilizer, then the plant. Bury all the roots. That's it. Try again next spring?
great roping exercise 🙂 Perhaps.....you need more???? ;-)
Why did you guys get the cows
a friend that lives in southern Arizona
I think they like steaks ... just joking 🙂 I am SURE they LOVE steaks 😁😁
why you don't let them eat while he is trimming their hoofs?
We could but he had already been fed
Cody James rasp is another shoeing gimmick.
we really like it
@@TheFarmonRoute66 You would!
Not sure why, but I'm not getting notifications from your channel.
