Bought the designa patriots in Ireland 24g and I love them! Strangely they remind me of the RVB unicorn fully ringed darts, can’t remember which phase they were but they had the gold in the middle

Great video. My two fav darts are 24g gen 1 Darryl Fittons & Gary Anderson 23g and now I can get a set with an Ireland flag for have the price. The smoothies have a set sin similar shape to the Fittons foe 20 quid. Fantastic value.
Great follow up video. Designa / Nodor darts are excellent quality. Machining of grips are indistinguishable quality-wise from high priced pro player darts. I know as I have 40+ sets of tungsten darts that range from $5 to $125 per set (prices I have paid from retailers). Designa is a much more cost effective way to find the grip, weight, shape, length and balance that best suits your throw. I’ve also paid less than $20 for some V180 darts that are really nice - and they are actually laser etched with a pro player name. It’s like tennis rackets or any other sports equipment, if you want to use the current model equipment of a successful pro, you will pay well more than the actual value of the equipment.

I got a set from eBay about £10 looks the same as Adrian Lewis set for £40. End of the day they do the same job 😁 you will just get those wanting their favourite pro players darts no matter the cost. Great video as always mate. Stay safe 👍🏻

The 26 designer bronze is better then the 4 taylor darts I own. The silica and the micro grove sublime. gone now but I think the red dragon snakebite bullets might be the same. Oh an the best non taylor taylor dart the 24 gen 3 with cosmo wow classic beautiful sleek balanced hard wearing. Good dart Out of the target taylors I like the gen 4 best for a classic slick releasing taylor with a tad more density than the bronzer 26. The 20 dragon I cant not even through it. With my carpal tunnel and sighted throw. Some darts are just too thin. The 21 meteor that is 5.9mm I can throw.

It's crazy to think the gen 1 Adrian Lewis darts are $51/£50 now. I remember those selling officially for £35 back in the day. Then I remember the price going up to 38, then 40 and so on. No wonder they aren't as popular as they used to be. They've also done a similar thing with the Rob Cross darts too. Target seem to have a habit of slowly increasing their retail prices over time. From what I've seen over the years, only Target and Unicorn seem to be doing this. Bastards.
Good video as always but imo the Bunting Gen 1 and the Lewis Gen 1 comparisons are a bit of a stretch when in Buntings case the dimensions differ quite a lot and in the Lewis darts the grip patterns are completely different.
The Bunting dimensions on Darts Corner is incorrect by the way. Quite a few people are saying the DC Gallants look a lot like the Lewis darts. had to roll with it. They're all similar, not exact matches
If anyone wants to try Phil Taylors I highly recommend the winmau blackout 2 24g they are exactly alike in dimensions and in grip and for only £34.95 on Red Dragon

I have a real personal issue with the Phil Taylor gen 4’s, I bought two sets 24g 26g when I got back into darts about a year ago, just rushed in without much thought. I ended up selling a set on Gumtree for half price. Now when I see them they remind me of the wrong attitude I had when I got back into the game. I barely even thru them. Tho it was an expensive lesson learned.
I could see if someone was a huge fan of Phil's then go for it. But there's so many other darts that would throw almost identical to his for a fraction of the price.

Worldwide Darts yeah seen a few of your videos about you guys getting ripped off. Disgraceful. Another thing I noticed getting back into the game last April, when I played when I was younger the selection in the shops I visited was very limited and Knurled darts where everywhere, when I got back into the game the choices where overwhelming, some fantastic looking darts about, you could spend a fortune and I did lol. Glad to say I’ve wound it in a bit now, I own 12 sets and have sold a lot on Gumtree, out of those 12 sets I probably only really like about 3 sets, the others don’t get used. I played an expensive game of trial and error, but I didn’t overly mind as I’d rather spend the money on my hobby than piss it up the wall. Just wish after a year playing solidly I could throw a bit better.

Many of them are made by Nodor. If you look at the Nodor catalog you'll see nothing but Designa darts. A few other companies also make Designa. Retriever Sports and I've even heard that Target and Unicorn make some as well.

The Gallant's look awesome. I'll be reviewing them shortly and I also ordered some Lewis flights to see what they look like. Regarding the first video, I got a few sarcastic/rude comments but I never heard anything from a specific company. If I did I'd probably just tell them the same thing I tell everyone... I've taken it upon myself to inform as many people as I can about affordable darts. Especially here in the USA where we get ripped off. I want everyone to have awesome darts that don't cost a fortune 👍
Regarding the Lewis flights I'll buy a couple of sets of the ones that come with his gen 4 darts. Absolutely love that design. I'll probably put the repoiting service and some different points on the order as well, because those silver points that they come with are not good at all

There's one tourney locally to me. I've played in it several times. To be honest, I'm not a fan of the US darting culture at all. A tourney's here is 50% cricket not too mention tons of mixed events and team events. I'd rather stub my toe than play that stuff. Just give me some long format 501 and I'm good 👍

I honestly don't have that many darts at all. I get rid of most of the darts after I review them. I keep very, very few.
I just bought a set of Winmau Vendetta 23g as alternative to the Unicorn John Lowe. Almost identical for half the price.
