My friend Bosnia is not the United States. Just like saying "I wanna fuck kids" is not *illegal* but you might get beat up for it. Same thing with preaching, it may be legal, doesn't mean its right to do. Theres a place and a time. But as a foreigner, trying to influence religion in Bosnia, which the Christians Serbs killed them for not believing in Christ, its a heavy topic.
Also hes trying to frame they're not letting him debate, when they don't want to listen to him in the first place. Its not illegal to say gibberish, but you might say something wrong and you can get beat up. Freedom of Speech does not mean freedom from consequences. Yes, but youre talking about Bosnia which never spread Islam by the sword and your bringing Islam of other parts of the world to Bosnia which had nothing to do with those parts of history.
Did you know that Bosnian Muslims of today used to be Bosnian Christians of the Bosnian Church, only a few centuries ago?
During that time the Pope of Rome and the Hungarian Catholic rulers used violence and force to try to covert them to Catholicism. Bosnians rejected this. Wars occured. The Orthodox tried the same.
As both Orthodox and Catholic do not follow the word of Jesus in my view based on the Bosnian Church's understanding of the New Testament and due to violent oppression by The Catholics and Orthodox against the Bosnian Church who were labelled as Heretics, and then a simultaneous invasion of the Ottomans who forced no religion onto them, the Bosnians willingly became Muslim converts.
If you understand this then you might understand preaching of this nature will unlikely lead to great success for your commission.
The Bosnian Church at that time was a very early form of Protestantism more in line with the early Church of England (not the CofE of today of course).
It could be argued that the Bosnians Muslims of Europe have more in common with the Arabic Christians of the Middle East than with the Arabic Muslims of the Middle East.

@@AShroudOfTruth both have definitely committed wrongs, but Bosnia was treated with disdain the likes of which had not been seen in Europe since Auschwitz. I would also argue that the Orthodox Church literally blessed within a church those who had massacred thousands of unarmed civilians in Srebrenica just prior to it occurring - this is documented on video btw. This makes it so that in the case of Bosnia any wrongs committed in the name of religion were mainly by Serbian Orthodoxy by a factor of probably 10,000 to One.
Incidentally the Bosnian population at the time wasnt particularly religious, however because Serbian Orthodoxy effectively supported the Serb war effort this in turn resulted Bosnians rediscovering their own religious past after decades of living in a Godless and Socialist state under Joseph Tito.
War it so happens seems to be a catalyst for religious growth. The danger is then that religion and war are portrayed as going hand in hand.
That is an argument that atheists use against religion entirely and I believe it is all of our responsibility to ensure religion is never used to antagonize or justify violence.
Perhaps the issue of today is that because crimes were so heinous and because the attitude by Orthodoxy has been consistently antagonistic towards Bosnian Muslims - i.e. erecting a large cross over the Sarajevo hillside precisely where artillery was shelling people from, all serves to push the Bosnians away from Christianity in general, because the nature of Bosnians is to reject any form of being forced into doing something they do not want to do or to be made fun of in that sort of way.
I realise those sorts of actions by some in Orthodoxy isn't what your belief about what real Christianity is, but nevertheless many people in Bosnia may still feel extremely on guard because of that and it will take many years to overcome that, perhaps never.
But at least we can talk about it.

In Sarajevo we have Mosque, Churches, and Synagogue and everyone is living together.
Everyone is allowed to choose worship house there is no problem at all in Sarajevo.
It's wrong to stand in front of the Mosque and do that preaching.

Loudly preaching in front of a mosque in a city that was besieged for being inhabited mainly by Muslims is pretty insensitive, I'd say. Being a good preacher also means knowing how to get your message across, but this was certainly not the place for it. This is NOT about him preaching about Jesus. Muslim preachers are also regarded critically.

Abrahamic religions worship the same God. There is no one equal or anyone (including Jesus) that share God’s power, or that we worship. Only God is who we worship. We can never accept Jesus being God Himself, or a son of God, image of God, or the whole Trinity itself, or Jesus is someone we should pray to. Jesus is a prophet who revealed God’s words like many prophets before and after him.
If God has revealed that He has revealed His last words, would you not listen to His words? Would you defy God? Would Jesus deny God’s words?
