In this video you can learn the protocol to solve a severe Class II, with deep bite and severe crowding using aligners, Class II and Class I elastics and IZC Screws. In this case Invisalign aligners were used but also you can get the same using Spark aligners (ormco). Right now, I prefer to use Spark for many reasons. But both work fantastic to solve cases like this. The key point is the planificación with the software and make a predictable sequence of movements that work.
