- In This video you can learn how to perform the perfect design of the upper arch to get the best result. This patient presented a severe Class II, crossbite, midline deviation. It was solved with invisalign aligners, IZC screws and elastics. The sequence of movements is the Key.
This is exactly how I do my cases, I always go for expansion with inter proximal reduction on the lower jaw, the outcome I always nice, I come back to this video every now and then to admire how well done this case was
I wonder if i look worse because my dentist did the opposite. Why do u do that to the bottom? Im having a new ortho expand my maxilla cuz my dentist sunk my face with invisalign :( I look 10 years older in 3 and I’m only 29
Farhan this is how I get parabolic arches, just copy this whilst I'm away so you and James can do it, this is exactly how I do it.
Great video ,thanks.
Rainer Rain thanks a lot
Whenever you can torque the incisors and canines on the upper jaw, do it, your patient will thank you for their amazing new jawline and cheekbones
Looks pretty good.
Sam K Sharma thanks
That's it, that's the method 😋😊👍
Nice results. Looks like UL 2 is non-vital post tx?
If you have to sacrifice the midline, sacrifice, but you have access to IPR so it's not an issue
Fucking gorgeous arches, very parabolic, noiceee
What does compression of the 7s mean?
Only do attachments on the 2s if the overbite is 2 - 4 mm
How old is the patient? Can expanding by aligner applied to adult above 30s?
Remember 7-7 parralel to each other always
I taught this guy how to do it for you to find one day, ring and ask him, he does my method in mexico
Torquing the secondary incisors always causes cheekbone projection, which is why I always try to do that
I hope my new ortho does this shes trying to correct my face cuz my dentist made me lose all my cheek bones by pulling in my face
Which torque?
Yeah never do rotation, AIDs
