Preach sister on mortgage payoff!!!! We’re on that same journey. Sorry for your loss. 🙌🏿🫶🏾
Congratulations on your journey Robert 🎉I’m sharing our journey praying that more people will be encouraged to take the same or similar path. I appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment 😊
I wish someone would tell me to stay home while they provide for me. Before you judge, I am an extremely hard worker. The volume of work that I've done in my lifetime far exceeds the average person. I'm just tired and need my freedom and options. That's always my desire and will forever be. I need my time.
Trust me I totally understand. I am beyond grateful to have the option to work. I pray for your freedom, and that an abundance of options is your portion ❤️🙏🏾
Mortgage companies don’t like people like us! They can’t make money off of us….they HATE IT!!! 😂
Facts😂😂😂😂
Stories like this help keep me focused & determined to keep pushing forward on my mortgage free journey. It's my only debt. I just paid $400 extra towards my principal & plan to do that every month. Yes, my life is blessed thanks to the good Lord. ~Amen~ Thank you for your story.
Hi Mama Tosh! Congratulations on your journey 🎉Please keep me updated on your progress. I will be sharing an update on our mortgage free journey next week. Thanks for watching 😊
I am 51 y/o paid off my mortgage and time yesss just celebrated my dad’s 80 birthday 🎂 time indeed
Congratulations 🎊🍾🎈 What a blessing!! Happy Birthday to your dad🎂 🎉
I very much agree with you on consumerism. I definitely fall victim . I put additional money to my mortgage every month but not nearly enough 😩
Hey Girl! We have all fallen victim at some point. If I don’t keep my goals in mind I find myself somewhere buying ALL THE THINGS😂 With your mortgage the additional money all adds up and moves the needle in your direction. You can always make it a goal to add a little more❤️
Do you have any debt besides your mortgage?
@@Rashaadthegr8 Our mortgage is our only debt. We own everything else in our possession. Thanks for asking!
@@AccordingToTawanda yeah I replied too soon
Keep doing your thing and spreading your wisdom Tawanda! Thank you!
Thanks Rebecca❤️
You are absolutely correct! It’s people in general, it doesn’t matter what their profession is.
Barbara you are absolutely correct!! Thanks for watching😊
Love the transparence, wonderful advice! I really hope and pray the young ones learn that consumerism is not a good place to be wasted time money and energy in the end, and when you get into my age range it comes time to start getting rid of stuff and your kids don't want it! Hope you keep doing these videos on $$$ you are a real treat Tawanda, have a great week, be blessed : )
Thanks Tracey! I have really been feeling a nudge to share of debt free journey. Enjoy your week as well❤️
Good. It is only mortgage. Great video. It is crazy to be making good income and still have alot of debt. I'm sure it felt good to be able to help family in their time of need as well. My mother is leaving me an insurance policy. I see so many of us without any plan for our futures and its crazy.
Kay I totally agree! Thanks for watching 😊
I just paid extra 1000 dollars on my principal it took off a couple of months off my Amortization schedule.

Love to see this many blessings to you my queen by one of your Latina supporters kisses from Miami
Hi Barbara 😊Thanks you so much much for your support!! Hugs and kisses from Illinois ❤️
Homes are ridiculously expensive even homes in areas nobody wants to live miles away from a store mortgage companies really taking advantage of people who can afford a home others are stuck renting like me wasting money pretty much so many people out here living in vehicles because they can't afford to even pay rent which is very high everywhere now you and you're husband are smart obviously very good with finances I'm learning have always spent money like crazy now at 45, I just wanna save save be ready to retire someday but definitely need to work on buying a home and owning that home
Hey Lisa! You are absolutely correct, homes are so expensive right now. We are blessed to have purchased when we did. Keep your goals in mind and you will do great!! Happy Tuesday 😊
Appreciate the advice.. but can you give us some hair tutorials… of your day to day hair routine… not only is knowledge the key confidence through appearance is a plus also! God Bless !🙏🙏🙏
Hi Ms Williamson, the algorithm can be really crazy. Look for a video soon It may talking about a different topic, however I’ll include my and my daughters hair routine. I’ll have to do it this way to get around the algorithm 😂
Thanks for watching 😊
You're ABSOLUTELY right!
Thanks Tish! I appreciate you watching 😊
Love your shirt girl :)
Thanks 😊
This is a great approach! I wish many consumers were on this path but I have to ask how much are you putting away for retirement? Also, how much have you put into your Roth for this year? Roth uses after-tax money as the investment but the gains on that money are tax free. Issue is, you have an annual limit in a traditional Roth of 7-8k every year depending upon your age.
I would make sure to fully fund your Roth ahead of paying these principal-only mortgage payments.
Either way, you're heading in the right direction!
Hi Big Zo, my Roth is maxed out every year. Also, I continue to contribute to my 401K. Just not at a employee match because I’m not a full time employee. Thanks watching 😊
Yes ma’am
Thanks 😊
And it’s so crazy my name is Twanna 😂
