      @@gennix404 wrong resisting arrest is a secondary charge. Look it up. You can only be detained if you have commited a crime. You can only be arrested for resisting arrest after you have been charged with a crime. Learn the law. Know your rights and use them. If you have not commited a crime you do not have to even speak to the police. It's even part of the Miranda rights. You have the right to remain silent even if you broke the law and and have the right to remain silent if you haven't commited a crime. Yes you can be stopped for questions pertaining to a crime commited. You do not have to answer any questions or help a law enforcement officer with their investigation. The simple and easy thing to do is ask right away "Why am I being detained? What crime have I commited?" When asked about the crime you invoke your right to remain silent. Then ask for a supervisor. If they have no crime on you, you CAN NOT be arrested for resisting arrest. Stop googoling shit and learn the law. Everyone thinks they know shit when they have no clue. Men form and push Agendas. If I asked you who invented the light bulb you would day Thomas Edison. Then again you would be wrong. Educate yourself. Stop believing what other people tell you and go find out the the answers.

    We had power-tripping cops try to arrest my husband because he was calmy disagreeing with the demand that the cop was making. One of our three horrible neighbors claimed our guard dogs killed their goat. Cop didnt even look at the body, came right to us aggressively, and told us we did it. We told him the dogs have never been violent, the neighbors in the back have lied before, and that there's no proof we did anything wrong for them to be so confident it was us. These neighbors have tried to lure out dogs back there before, presumably to kill them. They want our property and have been slowly moving the fence line up for years.
    Anyway, cop hated that my husband refused to "admit" we did it. He tried to arrest him. I guess he decided it was a bad idea and made it seem like he was doing us a favor by letting him go. The same trash cop falsified tickets on his way off the property afterward, claiming our parked, broken down car was uninsured, as if it had been up and driving around. We never got a court date and despite two years of trying, the assistant DA literally only worked for one day every three or four months during that whole period and then she and the chief of police were convicted of various corruptive praxtices. Did they void all the tickets given by their officers during that time, especially when no court date or optiok for justice was given to citizens? Nope, of course not.
    We can't keep letting these people get one up on us. It's already been settled that they aren't here to serve and protect the public. Why are we paying for them, then? The good cops, I feel for them. The few decent cops being surrounded by rotten pigs; it must be infuriating for them.

      But for the second clip, that woman was going nearly 20 over, and the pursuit lasted 13 minutes. For the third clip, it was a state where you have to ID in a domestic case, regardless of if you want to pursue charges. And for the last one, i'm gonna play devils advocate and say he just got the wrong clip, cause almost nothing he narrated happened there, if you actually watch - I'd say if anything, that guy perfectly exemplifies why you don't just have casual conversations with police, and why you leave answers to their questions (if you have to answer) at a flat yes or no - he's basically just creating multiple problems for himself there.

    Keisha getting arrested based on a phone call from a third party that "witnessed" her being assaulted makes me fckn sick. All these videos make me so tired. How is it that this is the quality of training these cops get? Ego first, then officer safety and then comes public safety MAYBE if they feel like it. This problem is widespread and all the cops say "one bad apple... One bad apple" well, the rest of that phrase "spoils the bunch" is part of the problem. When "one bad apple" is doing their job horribly wrong, none of the other cops are stepping up to stop them 99% of the time. Pigs, your job, your overtime, your ego, your pension IS NEVER more important than someone else's life.

    • @samuelhofer7099

      In some states, you must ID in a domestic case, regardless of if you want to pursue charges. Then, on top of that, she kept walking into traffic, and swiping at officers hands when they went to arrest her.
      Sure, it's unfortunate she lost her baby, and had to get arrested over an abuse case where she was the victim, but she did commit a crime, albeit a minor one, and escalated the situation by walking into traffic, trying to drag other pedestrians into the situation, and resisting. I feel more bad for the baby than her, because the way she acted speaks volumes on how truly concerned she was for her child.

      I don't know why they do it either. A lot of these clips are wild, just take a thumbnail from one of the clips.
      Though i see why this guy did it here, none of these cases are remotely related to the title. Not to mention the one with the old lady and the one with the Uber driver were clip chimped to hell and back, and he doesn't even tell you what actually happened correctly.

    What I'd like to know is how many of these cops are veterans? Not shaming our veterans that served, I am just observing tactics/tenacity of military tactics that are used during war.
    I have a theory that sheriff and police depts are hiring ex-military too eagerly and not vetting them very well, much less putting them through complete, comprehensive psychological testing.
    Yes, ppl can be difficult but law enforcement is not de-esclating situations, they are provoking ppl to react and create a reason to behave aggressively.
    NOT the world I grew up in!

    • @Mangasbjj
      @Mangasbjj Před měsícem

      Veterans have to go through the same training and vetting process as a regular civilian. These military tactics as you say, are taught in the police academy. They actually are taught Brazilian jiujitsu which anyone can learn. It’s the same things taught to military because police have to deal with all walks of life. I would be less concerned with their tactics and more concerned with use of force.

    • @sister_cattleprod
      @sister_cattleprod Před měsícem

      @@Mangasbjj For as much as I agree with you, I disagree with some of what you stated. I do know factually that "new hires" in PD's and Sheriff depts. across the country are not going to the expense of comprehensive psychological testing due to lack of funding and needing more law enforcement within the depts. What concerns me is the mental state of some of these officers, going through police training (as mandated) doesn't seem to be enough. On the other end of these problems is the radical left, their narrative about defunding the police, the unhinged, enibriated people that believe in resistance and don't want to cooperate like rational adults. Everything is out of control- I certainly see insanity ruling every aspect of our lives at this point in time. We've always had corrupt, easily triggered law enforcement and we've always had criminals. That said, it's ramping up due to the Godless state of society and the fact politics/politicians are successfully dividing all of us. Yep, time to get your seat belt on, the ride is going to get very rough.

      If you wouldn't treat the good cops as you do, if you wouldn't victimize yourself to get away with whatever you did, if you wouldn't be allowed to harass them as you see fit (verbally), there wouldn't be shortage of cops which actually want to protect and serve.
      Since you do stuff you do, you get whoever wants to do that job and then these videos will eventually get more and more frequent.

    15:56 In this case the narrator is 100% wrong. If a police officer is investigating a crime, you have to identify yourself if you are the suspect, witness, or even the victim. The only time that you don’t have to identify yourself is you are just standing around and you’re not doing anything and nothing is going on and a cop just pulls over randomly and walks up and says “show me your ID” (which I actually have seen like when we all used to hang out at the park while the boys played basketball). In this case, someone called in a crime and he has to investigate that crime. Especially in instances of DV because it’s no longer up to the victim to press charges. It’s now up to state to do it because they got tired of women dropping charges and having to clean up their dead body a week later. She did need to show her ID so she won’t win her lawsuit. The cops aren’t allowed to just walk away when a woman says “no he didn’t do anything” because too many times the women don’t make it after that.

      "you have to identify yourself if you are the suspect, witness, or even the victim"
      You're wrong. Tennessee doesn't have a stop and identify statute, and many states that do have strict requirements as to when that statute applies/may be invoked. The fourth amendment guarantees the right to be secure in, amongst other things, our _papers_, which include identification.
      "it’s no longer up to the victim to press charges. It’s now up to state to do it "
      You're wrong again. It's _always_ up to the state to press charges.
      "She did need to show her ID so she won’t win her lawsuit"
      Wrong, again. Three strikes, get out of here with your ignorance. The officers were denied qualified immunity and found to have violated her rights in a jury trial on February 14th of this year.

    Kesha Gray filed and ultimately won her lawsuit against the Shelby County officers. This happened in March of 2020 in Memphis. The officers Sargent claims that she misunderstood officer Barrett and thought he stated that Kesha’s fiancé pulled a gun on the guy that called the police when it was the other way around. Anyway, I’m glad she got justice. I had to dig to find it but I needed to know what happened to her. It was wrong on various different levels.

      Exactly, it's bullshit
      It's used as an excuse to justify any and all arrests when the cop realises that they're wrong/unjustified in their detaining/rough treatment of an innocent civilian, and needs to justify their actions at the expense of an innocent person, to avoid admitting they're wrong and getting held accountable

    In the first video the guy infront of the baptist church did actually put his right hand behind his back right after making an accusing/threatening or sweeping gesture where he extended his arm towards the cop and imagined to sweep him away underlining it with "No you go on - You Go!".
    Sure it was wrong how they treated the pregnant woman inside but where I live even 15 year old youngers know if you seem hostile (e.g.: gestures, verbal tone) towards a Policeman and reach inside your pockets or behind your back/waist you got a good chance of kissing the concrete that day.
    I can even imagine they would have dropped him by 21 foot rule if his skin color had been darker...
    Sure a Cop is supposed to have better control of his emotions, but let´s face it: There´s loads of kids joining who make up insecurity with a badge and a gun.

    22:50 I think the narrator is waaay off base on a lot of these. I think it was perfectly normal and actually 100% the right thing to do to ask the man to step out of his vehicle after seeing ammo in his vehicle and when asked if he had a firearm he says, “I don’t think so”. What the narrator doesn’t realize here is that these officers have already had prior dealings w/this man who is a known racist and it’s a black officer. Why should he treat him w/kid gloves. They also looked up his record and saw that he has previously had warnings and still did not comply and I’m sure that officers notated on the other stops that he was in known prostitution areas. We can’t know what the police know and since they already know the guy, I’m sure that played into some of their questioning. It’s easy to talk shit when you don’t know what they know. Hindsight is 20/20.

    WTH? The preacher brought it on himself by giving attitude and acting aggressive while the police were trying to investigate the complaint. I don't blame them for wanting to put him in cuffs, the only problem is he decided to take off instead. The others then jumped in trying to defend him and caused more chaos. If everyone just acted like an adult in the first place none of this would have happened. I see why the police were called in the first place with all those hot heads. Is the narrator even watching the same video???? Those were not dirty cops. The second one with the elderly lady is cut off and you can't even see what happened. I have seen plenty of videos of people her age being aggressive to very polite cops. Kicking, biting. Just because they are old doesn't mean they are frail or follow commands. So this is bogus too. And soooo many people fake injuries when cuffed. You see it alllll the time in these body cam videos. So they may have thought she was just faking like most others do. Sad. Especially if she really didn't do anything to be arrested, but we can't tell because this video was intentionally cut. The fact that it's cut off tells me this was done on purpose just to make it seem like it is something it's not. Considering the first two were BS and weren't really dirty cop videos, I'm not watching the rest. Click bait and misrepresenting videos. I hate crap like this on youtube.
