The stock suspension has the "spacer" inwards toward the strut housing not outwards as you fitted. Which makes sense, when sliding the bottom pin through the strut, you want a bit larger and theb fit snug into the shaft.
I’ll talk about the wheel set up in another video. Off the top of my head the wheels are 18x10.5 all the way around. Tires are 245/45/18 and I can’t remember the offset. I’ll have to take a wheel off to check that.
Mine felt great while I was driving it. The car has been down for a couple months now. My friends car has had the same coilovers since he got his car 2yrs ago and they still feel good.
For the time that I drove the car they were good. My buddy has the same ones in his and they ride good. 2yrs later they are still good. Only thing we noticed is when it’s cold we hear creaking sound like possibly a bushing or strut mount up front.

That thing on your spring is really rare. They were supposed to be taken off by the dealership during the pre delivery process.
I didn’t know they used those on new cars. I only ever saw something similar with cars that had bad struts just to avoid replacing any parts
