My Training Week:
Monday - 3 miles easy recovery
Tuesday - 5 miles easy with some strides
Wednesday - 6 miles total with 8x400 meters at 90 sec
Thursday - 1 hour Zwift ride
Friday - 4 miles easy
Saturday - 9 miles (3 tempo)
Sunday - 2 hour outdoor ride
